“The rooms are well appointed, the canal views wonderful, and the staff a joy. Each member of the staff makes you feel they do care that you have a wonderful stay. If you pick hotels that have great gyms, choose the Hilton. The gym is private and but free to use for hotel guests.”

“I stayed twice in this hotel in a span of 3 months. I arrived early from the airport and my room wasn’t ready. I was asked to wait which is ok, however both times my room wasn’t ready long past official check in time. I ended up waiting 5+ hours. I tried checking in my luggage to storage to go for a meeting but concierge wasn’t there, had to leave the hotel with my suitcase. I really expected more from a 5 start hotel which charges the rate they do.”
