“I went there for breakfast this morning, requested one with an omelet. 25 mins later still not being served, I asked for update to the waiter, and didn’t got any news for any additional 10 mins. So I asked for the bill just to discover there was no omelet on it ! Non only they didn’t took the order the first time, but when I asked for news they didn’t even notice. They barely apologised for it. This is totally unacceptable for such a palace. First and last time.”

“Nós saímos do nosso caminho para visitar enquanto em Paris. Nós nos divertimos muito no Raffles em Cingapura, então decidimos tentar! Pedimos 2 coquetéis que levaram cerca de 15 minutos para chegar, infelizmente eles estavam incorretos - o que não é um problema. Eles voltaram para pegar nossas bebidas corretas. Eu amo coquetéis e ficaria feliz em pagar por uma bebida decente! Se você cobrar 30 euros por uma bebida, torne-a especial! Um dos piores Mojitos que já comi! Incrível belo cenário é uma pena a qualidade deixá-lo para baixo.”
