They thought we brought a cat into the room (I swear that I can't even imagine how they came up with that conclusion), they wouldn't explain why. They were really rude and didn't ask, just accused us and didn't believe us when we explained it was simply not possible. Then I felt that the staff kept rounds on the luggage up until the car arrived (maybe looking for signs/sounds of the imaginary cat). I don't recommend this hotel, definitely not guest friendly.

The staff is very professional for sure and the hotel is well located but my room was tiny and it had a sealed, darkened window, which made it claustrophobic. At the same time the traffic noise was constant. It’s a decent price for 590 pesos though, but this place feels like a cave..

You can reach Hotel Madan by taxi from the Airport VSA in approx. 25 mins. Cost is MXN250.
Due to delays I arrived quite late, so checkin was swift and friendly. Madan is an old hotel in the city...
