My wife and I stayed here for three nights and had a great stay. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The selection of breakfast foods was excellent including gluten free options.

Terrible customer service. I tried to stay at this Hotel 10/24/22. I was on the road with an uncertain schedule. When I knew I would make it, I called the hotel direct. It rang about 15 times before someone answered and asked if they could call me back. I said yes and gave my number, after they assured me they had availability. I arrived an hour later after no call back, and had to wait for a bit before anyone showed up at the front desk. When she did, and I told me they were full, I told her I had called and was assured they had availability. She said she just started her shift and was sorry but she didn't know what happened, but couldn't do anything. About 30 minutes after I left someone called and said they were returi my call from 1 1/2 hours earlier. She said she was sorry that she hadn't called sooner but she was busy checking in guests. Excuse me? The non existent guest that weren't in the lobby when I was there. Things happen but don't lie to me. I don't usually leave such long reviews but this is unacceptable.

It was quiet and the hot breakfast was ok. The waffle bar was a nice treat. Room was a bit rundown and dirty. It works great for the festival, staff didn't bug us and let us unwind in the hot tub after the shows. Which was nice.

This hotel was a decent stay. Aside from the complimentary breakfast, this was a no frills hotel. The room was clean, but a bit loud sometimes - we could hear doors slamming, the TV in the next room, etc. We were on the 3rd floor and our room overlooked the pool. I believe this is a hotel that caters to travelers as it is near the Sacramento airport.. The bed was decent but a little firm for my preference. The room was sized as you would expect and had a desk and overstuffed chair. As we were in the midst of a heatwave, the constant AC was nice. Our primary complaint was that the sinks didn't drain well; both the sink and the shower. Kind of gross standing in 2 inches of water while showering. Other than that, the stay was good. Breakfast was the usual fare like waffles, omelettes, breakfast meats, yogurts, cereals, coffee and juice. I would stay again, but would hope that the drains operated correctly.

Night 1: Room is 84° and sweltering, ask to be moved the next day( after 12 hour drive too tired to deal with a broke air conditioner). Staff seems annoyed at having to do something. Moves to another floor up. Night 2,3,4: Same deal, staff at front desk seem to go out of there way to avoid all guests, on phones and hiding behind plastic barrier. Can't be bothered to find coffee cups, or be polite. During stay not one cleaning of room. Garbage regularly piling up at the single elevator on all floors. Pool not cleaned, filters barely working and debris to include water bugs abounds. Beds are not comfortable ( too me) but after sleeping at 3 other hotels on this trip I can honestly say the pillows are flat and the springs are off. You will hear the freeway.. all night Semi trucks. Just a warning, didn't bother me too much. For the price .. not worth it. And I really had hopes.
