“3 star is generous. The good....Hotel area was nice. Pool area is great. Rooms are spacious. Location is great and having the shops connected was a big plus.
The bad....seemed like every place we went we smelled pot. Casino is average and the service was sparse. We were there 5 nights and our room got cleaned twice (once because my wife found the maid and told her it needed cleaned). When we didn't get service we called the front desk and kept being put on hold. After 10-20 mins you get some disgruntled desk attendant that just said "we will send up towels". Seemed like only 2-3 elevators were ever running so you spend a lot of time waiting or getting close with your fellow travelers. Price was cheap but this was really a "you get what you pay for" hotel. We will not be booking another stay there.”
