“Unfortunately this hotel was a big disappointment on my stay (it was the last day before going back home) in Costa Rica. The view from the Sky Lobby in the 5th floor is nice, I would have better used the 5th floor for rooms with a nice view. The people on the reception desk are friendly and competent so they do a great job. The breakfast compared to all others in Costa Rica in many different locations was really poor. The variety of food was not so big and the quality was not as I would have expected for such a hotel. One main point to improve is the sustainability. Serving water in plastic bottles for breakfast is really not state of the art end of 2019. The service during breakfast and lunch was not the best. We always had to call the people so we were assisted.”
