“Great hotel and wonderful staff. Everyone is super friendly and caring. Each team member went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had a great stay. “Good overall experience, not great. We would recommend trying someplace else for the price range. Hotel offered nice things such as flavored water in the atrium and a welcome bag. We've been to a couple of Embassy Suites and this one did have great complementary manager's reception. Special note to the excellent service at the bar. Highest remarks. The front desk service was poor. For example, my kids wanted to swim in the temporarily closed pool, but the front desk felt that "I don't know" is a good response. My daughter was distraught by the response. Also, we selected this hotel because of the pool, which was closed, and free parking, which cost us $10. There was no water in the gym as well. We found bugs and mold in our room.”
