“The room was nice looking but the floor was filthy and there was no microwave. In addition the shower door failed to close properly since nothing was there to hold it shut. Staff were pleasant but failed to mention when I checked in early that a different room they were offering would increase my hotel bill by 25% for a worse view, that I had paid extra for to begin with, and swapping from two queens to one king bed. Lastly, a daily parking fee of $18.78 was leveraged which seems to defeat one of the big attractions of being at the resort at the property. That fee is not hidden, it's just a blatant cash grab.Overall I would have enjoyed my stay fully and been willing to recommend this resort if the "room upgrade", parking fees, and slew of tourist taxes hadn't been piled on at the end with no forewarning except the bill.”
