“Bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The hotel is neatly decorated. Has a nice looking pool area which felt heated. Wifi was excellent. Our air conditioner didn't work and staff didn't seem bothered to try and resolve the issue, we felt they were a bit cheeky, not how you should be in the hospitality industrie. If you lucky you could get a room with a lake view and hopefully a working air conditioner.”

“Hotel agradable al lado de un lago , aunque no está en el centro tiene transporte del tram justo delante. Habitaciones espaciosas y limpias. Desayuno muy bueno y variado, las camareras y recepcionistas muy atentas y serviciales. Aunque.... hay una parte negativa.. una noche después de cenar decidimos pedir un Gin Tònic . Què desastre !!! Solo tenian una marca de gin , nos lo sirvieron en un vaso estrecho y pequeño que de gin solo tenia el olory nos cobraron 14€ !!! Hay que mejorar esto señores de Pullman ,el cliente se va con un sabor de boca...que no toca”
