“We stayed at Quy MIll after our wedding and it really didn't live up to the cost. The room was tired and we couldn't either use the extractor fan or the ceiling fan due to them both being noisy. The blind above our bed didn't shut the light out well, and the bathroom seemed a little "grimy" not in the sense of not being clean, but rather things like sealant needed attention.
The bed however was comfy and the staff were mostly good, the spa is less of a spa and more of a mini leisure center, not much to say about it, it was fine - but not the luxury one expects with spa in the hotel name. On checking out the receptionist gave me a very displeased look when I gave honest feedback about our stay. If you don't want feedback - don't ask.
The food however was the saving grace, it was delicious! So props to those staff working in the kitchen :)!”

O hotel está situado em um belo campo e à primeira vista parece muito elegante e chique, mas depois de entrar em nosso quarto, logo percebemos que não era o caso, quartos muito padrão, e a poeira era quase insuportável, em todas as superfícies havia poeira e não apenas um pouco, você poderia dizer que não é limpo há muito tempo, depois da segunda noite eu e meu parceiro acordamos com dores de garganta e narizes, isso não me surpreenderia se fosse a quantidade de poeira nos ventiladores. Alguns funcionários eram adoráveis, muito prestativos e alguns outros não eram tão amigáveis, o que criava uma vibração estranha. A banheira de hidromassagem estava fora de ordem, o que era péssimo e o "spa / piscina" parecia mais um centro de lazer do que um spa. O café da manhã era gostoso, muitas opções que foi ótimo! Apesar de tudo, não acho que ficaremos novamente, os jardins do hotel são impressionantes, mas os quartos não são nada demais. Eu daria uma falta.

El hotel está ubicado en un hermoso campo y, a primera vista, parece realmente elegante y elegante, pero después de entrar a nuestra habitación pronto nos dimos cuenta de que no era así, habitaciones muy estándar, y el polvo era casi insoportable, en cada superficie había polvo y no solo un poco, se notaba que no se ha limpiado en mucho tiempo, después de la segunda noche, mi compañero y yo nos despertamos con dolor de garganta y nariz, esto no me sorprendería si fuera por la cantidad de polvo en los ventiladores. Algunos miembros del personal eran encantadores, muy serviciales y algunos otros no eran tan amables, lo que creaba un ambiente extraño. El jacuzzi estaba fuera de servicio, lo que apestaba y el "spa / piscina" se sentía más como un centro de ocio que como un spa. El desayuno era delicioso, con muchas opciones, ¡lo cual fue genial! En general, no creo que nos quedemos de nuevo, los jardines del hotel son impresionantes, pero las habitaciones no están a la altura. Le daría una oportunidad.

The hotel is set in beautiful country side and at first glance looks really elegant and fancy, but after entering our room we soon realised this wasn’t the case, very standard rooms, and the dust was almost unbearable, on every single surface there was dust and not just a little you could tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, after the second night myself and my partner woke up with sore throats and noses, this wouldn’t surprise me if it was down to the amount of dust on the fans. Some of the staff were lovely, very helpful and a few others weren’t as friendly which set a weird vibe. The hot tub was out of order which sucked and the “spa/pool” felt more like a leisure centre than a spa. The breakfast was yummy, lots of options which was great! All in all I don’t think we’ll be staying again, the gardens of the hotel are stunning but the rooms are just not up the scratch. I would give it a miss.

Got married at the Quy Mill in 2018 and it was amazing from start to finish.
Helen was very helpful and answered many questions of mine as quickly as she could. They day went perfectly and there was no problems with the venue. Food , drinks and service were superb! The bridal suite was lovely!

O hotel está localizado em uma bela localização e facilita a 'pausa' ao deixar alguém no aeroporto de Stansted e viajar de volta para Dorset no dia seguinte. Poderia fazer com um pouco de limpeza; em nosso banheiro os cumes mostraram mofo escuro, teias de aranha e armadilhas de formigas na área da piscina, pontas de cigarro na área do jardim. Na área de jantar (bar) os abajures estavam empoeirados e pareciam sujos. Tem muito potencial, mas poderia fazer com alguma atenção, amor e uma limpeza.

Embora eu não tenha ficado neste local, eu daria 5 * . Eu atted este local para uma celebração de ação de graças de uma senhora adorável que havia falecido. A celebração foi realizada em uma linda e espaçosa marquise no terreno, havia muito estacionamento para motoristas fisicamente aptos e deficientes. O local era muito tranquilo, a comida de ação de graças era muito saborosa e uma variedade de boas opções de comida, além de refrigerantes e bebidas alcoólicas disponíveis. Os funcionários foram todos muito atenciosos e nada era demais.

Aunque no me quedé en este lugar, le daría 5 *. Asistí a este lugar para una celebración de acción de gracias de una encantadora dama que había fallecido. La celebración se llevó a cabo en una hermosa y espaciosa carpa en los terrenos, había mucho estacionamiento para conductores discapacitados y sin discapacidad. El lugar era muy tranquilo, la comida de acción de gracias era muy sabrosa y una variedad de buenas opciones de comida, así como refrescos y bebidas alcohólicas disponibles. todo el personal era muy atento y nada era demasiado problema.

The hotel is placed in a beautiful location and it makes it easy to 'pause' when dropping someone off at Stansted airport and travelling back to Dorset the next day. It could do with a bit of a clean; in our toilet the ridges showed dark mold, spiderwebs and ant traps in the pool area, cigarette butts in the garden area. In the dining area (bar) the lamp shades were dusty and and looked dirty. It has a lot of potential but could do with some attention, love and a clean.

Although I didn't stay at this location I'd give 5* . I atteded this location for a thanksgiving celebration of a lovely lady who had passed away. The celebration was held in a lovely spacious marquee in the grounds, there was plenty of parking for able bodied and disabled drivers. The venue was very peaceful, the thanksgiving food was very tasty and a variety of good food choices, as well ad soft and alcoholic drinks available. The staff were all very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

Devido a um problema médico de emergência, tivemos que correr para Cambridge do Nordeste em um prazo muito curto. O hotel foi acima e além na classificação de um quarto, fornecendo comida fora do horário normal e os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e atenciosos, especialmente o gerente de plantão. Due to an emergency medical issue, we had to dash down to Cambridge from the North East at very short notice. The hotel went above and beyond in sorting out a room, providing food out of normal hours and the staff were so caring and considerate, especially the duty manager. Although we weren't able to use the many facilities due to circumstances the room was very comfortable, clean and quiet.

Ficamos no Quy MIll após o nosso casamento e realmente não correspondeu ao custo. O quarto estava cansado e não podíamos usar o exaustor ou o ventilador de teto devido a ambos serem barulhentos. A cortina acima da nossa cama não apagou bem a luz, e o banheiro parecia um pouco "sujo" não no sentido de não estar limpo, mas coisas como selante precisavam de atenção.A cama, no entanto, era confortável e a equipe era boa, o spa é menos um spa e mais um mini centro de lazer, não há muito a dizer sobre isso, foi bom - mas não o luxo que se espera com spa no nome do hotel . Ao fazer o check-out, a recepcionista me deu um olhar muito descontente quando dei um feedback honesto sobre a nossa estadia. Se você não quer feedback - não pergunte.A comida no entanto foi a graça salvadora, foi delicioso! Então, adereços para os funcionários que trabalham na cozinha :)!

Nos alojamos en Quy Mill después de nuestra boda y realmente no estuvo a la altura del costo. La habitación estaba cansada y no podíamos usar el extractor o el ventilador de techo debido a que ambos eran ruidosos. La persiana sobre nuestra cama no apagó bien la luz, y el baño parecía un poco "sucio", no en el sentido de que no estuviera limpio, sino que cosas como el sellador necesitaban atención.Sin embargo, la cama era cómoda y el personal era en su mayoría bueno, el spa es menos un spa y más un mini centro de ocio, no hay mucho que decir al respecto, estuvo bien, pero no el lujo que uno espera con spa en el nombre del hotel . Al salir, la recepcionista me miró muy disgustada cuando le di una retroalimentación honesta sobre nuestra estadía. Si no quieres comentarios, no preguntes.Sin embargo, la comida fue la gracia salvadora, ¡estaba deliciosa! ¡Así que felicitaciones al personal que trabaja en la cocina :)!

We went there for a meeting and had a great experience. From the service, to the room, refreshments and views, everything was really good.
We have used other places in the past, but this one is definitely better suited, as well more cost effective.
