“Pago por Quarto Superior. 2 camas queen-size com vista para o lago. Foi dado um 2 camas de casal e não uma vista do lago. Funcionários disseram que ela me deu o quarto superior. Mas não foi. Paguei pelo quarto superior por um motivo. Camas Queen maiores e metragem quadrada maior e vista para o lago. Muito desapontado. Gostaria que o quarto fosse tão agradável quanto olhar na galeria do site.”

“Very pleasant , all staff were wonderful. The room was cozy and clean. We especially enjoyed our time in the restaurant lounge. The food was good, service was excellent,. Terry the bar tender is one of the best I have come across in a long time. He was very friendly, went out of his way to help us feel relaxed, and every drink was perfection! I will certainly come back!”
