“Consegui uma suíte com sofá-cama e não havia roupa de cama para o sofá, ficamos sem papel higiênico e lenços de papel. Eu acho que se eu precisar ligar para o serviço de limpeza, deveria ser para as toalhas e não para todo o resto. Além disso, nossos telefones não funcionavam para ligar para a limpeza, então eu tive que usar meu celular e quando cheguei na recepção me disseram que eu mesma tinha que ir buscar o papel higiênico e as toalhas porque não havia ninguém para trazê-los nosso quarto. Pelo preço que tive de pagar, esperava mais.”
