“I had a great experience with the hotel's staff, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin with minimal sound proofing. I had to unplug the phone in the room because it kept blinking red lights. The A/C unit kept cycling every so often and because I am a light sleeper that would wake me up. I got maybe a few hours of sleep over a 10 hr period. Overall, for the price it was good but they could really do something to try and make it more amenable to people who don't sleep through hurricanes. That being said, the bed itself was very comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy and not your motel 6 wafer thin variety. The shower was delightfully hot and the towels were plentiful. The staff was helpful and kind and that goes a long way. The only drawback is the ability to actually sleep. But everything else was very much of high value.”

“Probably not to their fault (COVID) but with the bar closed and no onsite food beyond the packaged snacks it was just a place to sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful.”
— John Scott
