“Really nice hotel, the best part is the location just in front of Alamo and one block from Riverwalk, rooms are quite comfortable in special very nice beds, and employees are kind, fares are really affordable comparing other hotels in the zone; the only detail are rooms a little old and elevator sometimes fails, but still a really good option, I would be there again.”

“Hospedado aqui para uma noite (06/25/21) no quarto 1207. Online, ele é indicado para ser um hotel 5 estrelas, mas não parece como um quando chegou e I foi bastante decepcionado. A espera pelo manobrista foi bastante longa, também estava quente fora e todos eles estavam pingando de suor e me fez sentir muito mal, especialmente por não ter dinheiro para dar uma gorjeta (não sabíamos que o manobrista era a ÚNICA opção). O saguão do hotel sempre estava ridiculamente quente. O elevador era super assustador e barulhento, mas foi o elevador mais rápido em que já estive na minha vida. O quarto não foi completamente aspirado, pois a gravata de cabelo azul brilhante de alguém estava sentada ao lado da cama. Ouvi água pingando nas paredes a noite toda e o barulho de uma festa / música em outro quarto ou algo assim a noite toda. A banheira ou tinha manchas ou ainda estava suja da última pessoa, eu não toquei nela para descobrir e fiquei longe das marcas de respingos quando tomei banho. O relógio da sala marcava 9:00 por volta das 19:00, então nós apenas usamos nossos telefones para o horário em vez de tocá-lo. O alarme disparou às 2 da manhã, acordando nosso filho de 9 anos e novamente às 4 da manhã, acordando todos nós novamente. Alguém também me fez check-out do hotel às 4:19 da manhã, quando eu só fiz o check-out às 11h (tenho os dois e-mails de check-out). Um dos funcionários mencionou que havia apenas 5 pessoas trabalhando naquela noite, como se pode esperar administrar um hotel de 12 andares com apenas 5 pessoas? Por US $ 300 por noite e online dizendo que é um hotel 5 estrelas, eu esperava pelo menos muito mais limpeza.”
