“By far one of the worst hotels in Cancun , no Wifi , no shuttle, they barely ever pick up the phone. When we arrived the entrance had piles of trash next to it , some of the lights were out, it definitely does not look like the pictures online. I would not ever stay there again. It looks like a crack motel.”

“No food, no water and no wifi. Ask for anything, they direct you to the convenience store behind the hotel. The receptionist who works there during the day is least bothered. Avoid booking this hotel!”
