The shower & sink water smells horrible, like gas!! Our sink had mold all over the drain stopper, which never stayed in the sink. The shower doesn't drain the water properly either so it would mold up. The AC unit in our room also had mold on the vents, which I didn't notice until my last day there.We stayed there for 2 weeks and not once was our room deep cleaned, even when I asked. "house keeping" usually meant taking out our garbage and somewhat making our bed. I would have to ask for them to even sweep our room. The receptionist always looked bothered to help us. I witnessed them many times just starring at people waiting to be helped & not offer help. Breakfast has no variety, always eggs and beans with a side. On 8/27, I added 5 more nights to our stay and they charged me $481. Well on 8/30 my husband checked out since his visa was ready for pick up. They would NOT refund us the extra nights we had booked prior. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone, the rooms are dirty and the staff aren't too helpful, either.The only positive thing I have to say is that the hotel is located in front of the consulate.

Ok, its clean but small a bit uncomfortable

É um lugar limpo e confortável, eles têm boas medidas de higiene devido ao sigilo e boa segurança, fácil acesso a internet, os travesseiros me incomodam um pouco, mas aí é uma questão de gosto, gosto muito deles macios.

Em frente ao consulado dos EUA. Basta atravessar uma ponte pedonal e chegar rapidamente. Está perto de centros comerciais e restaurantes ricos.

Pense bem antes de se hospedar naquele hotel, 0 protocolo de higiene nos quartos, o quarto que nos cederam e os lençóis não haviam sido trocados, a cama só foi colocada na cama, os lençóis eram bola e não bem levantados e sujos, o banheiro tinha Muitos Cabelo no chão, falei com a recepção e eles mudaram de quarto e depois das 12 horas me ligaram na recepção para dizer que não cobrariam a metade do aluguel x uso do quarto. E a isso acrescente que todo o hotel cheira a drenagem, fotos de um lugar que não é realmente tcheco

Pessoal é muito simpático e agradável, sempre útil. No entanto, os quartos do hotel não tinham ferro, secador de cabelo e o próprio hotel não tinha lavanderia aberta e a área do "lobby" tinha apenas 1 micro-ondas para todos os hospedados. Não é nada conveniente.

Piensen bien antes de quedarse en ese hotel, 0 protocolo de higiene en habitaciones, la habitación que nos dieron ni las sabanas me habían cambiado, la cama solo pusieron la sobre cama las sabanas estaban hechas bola ni bien alzada y sucias, el baño tenia muchos cabellos en el piso, hable a recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación y después de las 12 am me marcan de la recepción para decir que no harían un cargo de media renta x uso de la habitación. Y a eso agreguen que en todo el hotel huele a drenaje,, fotos de lugar no checa con realidad

Frente al consulado de USA. Solo hay que cruzar un puente peatonal y llegas rápidamente. Está cerca de centros comerciales y de ricos restaurantes.

Es un lugar limpio y cómodo, tienen buenas medidas de higiene por covid y buena seguridad fácil acceso a internet las almohadas se me hicieron un poco incómodas pero ahí es cuestión de gustos a mí me gustan muy suaves

Precios muy caros y los cuartos muy pequeños.

The best in ciudad juarez

Staff is very friendly and nice, always helpful. However, the hotel rooms didn't have iron, blow dryer and the hotel itself didn't have laundromat open and the "lobby" area only had 1 microwave for everyone staying at the hotel. Not convenient at all.

100% recomendado, os quartos são muito pequenos mas me deixa muito confortável e acima de tudo está perto de tudo, da próxima vez que eu visitar Ciudad Juarez com certeza vou ficar neste hotel eu adoro

The showers smell horrible. The wifi is also close to non existent. You can not do laundry due to COVID. You can’t use their transportation due COVID. That information was not disclosed online. It is extremely close to the Consulate that will be your only plus.

Stayed here for a week During a visit to the U.S consulate here it’s DIRECTLY across the street from it, all you have to do is cross a pedestrian bridge, there’s is also a convenience store. The best location! there’s many American diners within walking distance. “Las Misiones mall” is directly across the parking lot, Buffalo Wild Wings, ihop, Applebee’s and a few others definitely would give it a 5 star for location but down sides are basic rooms are SMALL roughly 9’ by 16’ including a small bathroom although very clean and the staff is excellent, very friendly and security is tight there’s a doorman who checks your temperature and room number as well as “ sanitizing” everyone upon entry. As for the free breakfast it’s pretty much eggs and some form of potatoes

Muy buena opción, recomiendo este hotel al 💯, súper bien posicionado, con muy buena limpieza y sobre todo protección sanitaria. Cuenta un área de autoservicio dónde puedes preparar café, té y hasta calentar algo de alimento, ya que tiene un microondas. Además de máquinas dispensadoras con alimentos y artículos de aseo (cepillo+ pasta dental; rastrillo+ crema de afeitar; desodorante; crema de mano, etc) puedas necesitar de momento. El personal súper atento y siempre dispuesto a apoyar a sus huéspedes.

I have been here for 3 days and I would say everything is fantastic. The location of the hotel is near to every place that you need to go if you come to the american consulate.They are stric with the protocol of covid. I took breakfast included, let me tell you is amazing. Right now they bring the break to your room when you ask for it. I truly recommend this place.

We stayed here on our visit to the USA consulate. The treatment was good and breakfast was good as well. But its always the same menu. Only flaw was that when i wanted to extend my visit because y needed some extra days they had no more. And i had to roam around to find something not as expensive. I recommend to ask ahead of time of the duration of the process if going to the consulate. But its a good and cozy place to go and not as expensive. Near a mall center.
