“The hotel was in a great location, there was ample parking & the room was comfortable, modern and functional. That is where my praise ends. I stayed for 10 nights in January 2021. On At least 8 of those nights the hotel reeked of marijuana. I complained to staff on three separate occasions as there is signage to indicate smoking, specifically marijuana, is not tolerated on the premises. The most that was done was having a maintenance worker spray Lysol down my hallway. My husband worked in the marijuana industry in Colorado and even he complained about the strong smell. The hotel employees, while friendly, did not wear masks or they were worn improperly. Considering how many medical facilities are in the area, I expected better. I was in Atlanta seeking medical treatment at a nearby office, and was disheartening every time an employee was not wearing a mask because it was imperative that I did not get sick during my visit. Similar to the smoke, there was signage throughout the hotel enforcing masks, yet the people who seemed least likely to follow the mask requirement was the staff. My next biggest complaint was the obscure hotel policies when it came to housekeeping supplies. They were only allowing one towel per guest. Because I wanted a second towel to dry my hair in 20 degree weather, I wound up buying my own from Target. They also only allowed you to get 1 roll of toilet paper at a time (would not allow you to have a back up roll), and you had to go down to the front desk to get it yourself. I don’t need to explain why this policy is stupid. Housekeeping would only come on Wednesday to the room and only if requested and there were no dogs in the room. This makes sense due to Covid. But considering I was working from the room all week, it was horribly inconvenient to pack up my laptop and dog, walk downstairs and wait for housekeeping to clean my room while I was in the middle of a conference call. It would be better if guests had a bit more control over when housekeeping arrived - such as a reservation time or the ability to select a date. Finally, towards the end of my stay, my dog was able to get under the bed. He first found a wrapper of fun dip which my husband threw away. Next, he found an empty packet of lube. I called the front desk immediately, they offered to send maintenance up the following morning (while I was in surgery) to clean behind the bed, but wound up being unable to come in because my dog was left unattended (because I was having surgery). There was no apology or explanation until later that day. I felt the handling of this situation was quite poor on the hotels part. Would maybe stay again simply for the location, but would exhaust all other options first, including non-Hilton properties. Photos are from a 1br room (702) taken the night we arrived.”

“El hotel estaba en una excelente ubicación, había un amplio estacionamiento y la habitación era cómoda, moderna y funcional. Ahí es donde termina mi alabanza.Me alojé por 10 noches en enero de 2021. Al menos 8 de esas noches el hotel apestaba a marihuana. Me quejé con el personal en tres ocasiones distintas porque hay letreros que indican que no se tolera fumar, específicamente marihuana, en las instalaciones. Lo máximo que se hizo fue que un trabajador de mantenimiento rociara Lysol en mi pasillo. Mi esposo trabajaba en la industria de la marihuana en Colorado e incluso él se quejaba del fuerte olor.Los empleados del hotel, aunque amables, no usaban máscaras o las usaban de manera incorrecta. Teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de instalaciones médicas que hay en el área, esperaba algo mejor. Estaba en Atlanta buscando tratamiento médico en una oficina cercana, y era desalentador cada vez que un empleado no usaba una máscara porque era imperativo que no me enfermara durante mi visita. Al igual que el humo, había carteles en todo el hotel que imponían máscaras, pero las personas que parecían menos propensas a seguir el requisito de las máscaras eran el personal.Mi siguiente queja más importante fueron las oscuras políticas del hotel cuando se trataba de suministros de limpieza. Solo permitían una toalla por huésped. Como quería una segunda toalla para secarme el cabello en un clima de 20 grados, terminé comprándome la mía en Target. También solo le permitían obtener 1 rollo de papel higiénico a la vez (no le permitían tener un rollo de respaldo), y tenía que ir a la recepción para obtenerlo usted mismo. No necesito explicar por qué esta política es estúpida. El servicio de limpieza solo vendría el miércoles a la habitación y solo si se solicitaba y no había perros en la habitación. Esto tiene sentido gracias a Covid. Pero teniendo en cuenta que estuve trabajando desde la habitación toda la semana, fue terriblemente inconveniente empacar mi computadora portátil y mi perro, bajar las escaleras y esperar a que el servicio de limpieza limpiara mi habitación mientras estaba en medio de una conferencia telefónica. Sería mejor si los huéspedes tuvieran un poco más de control sobre la llegada del servicio de limpieza, como la hora de la reserva o la posibilidad de seleccionar una fecha.Finalmente, hacia el final de mi estadía, mi perro pudo meterse debajo de la cama. Primero encontró un envoltorio de salsa divertida que mi esposo tiró. A continuación, encontró un paquete de lubricante vacío. Llamé a la recepción de inmediato, se ofrecieron a enviar mantenimiento a la mañana siguiente (mientras estaba en cirugía) para limpiar detrás de la cama, pero terminé sin poder entrar porque mi perro quedó desatendido (porque me estaban operando) .
