O hotel é mais antigo com certeza. Nosso quarto teve alguns pequenos problemas. Mas ainda ficaria novamente. As meninas da recepção foram sempre prestativas e agradáveis. O cozinheiro no café da manhã foi rápido e cortês. Ótima comida também. Fomos para a recepção à noite 3 vezes o barman foi sempre bom. E pedimos comida do menu do bistrô 2 vezes apenas para não sair do hotel. A comida era boa nas duas vezes. A garota esperando por nós foi acima e além. Nosso filho que está na marinha veio conosco uma noite e queria chá gelado, ela foi e preparou um lote fresco para ele. Ela agora sabia sobre ele estar na marinha. Ela foi muito simpática.

O hotel era limpo, confortável e em uma área central para nossos destinos. Fica a apenas alguns minutos do BWI, o que funcionou perfeitamente para nós. Não houve cobrança de estacionamento, o que foi bom porque existem outras Embassy Suites que cobram pelo estacionamento. Não tivemos problemas com a segurança do nosso veículo em seu estacionamento, pois era iluminado à noite.Aproveitamos o café-da-manhã de cortesia todas as manhãs. Marty foi nosso chef na sexta-feira de manhã (7 de outubro) e foi fenomenal. Ele sorriu para cada pessoa à nossa frente e foi super amigável! Ele fez uma caçarola de cowboy para o café da manhã que foi maravilhosa - na verdade, estarei trabalhando para reinventar esta receita em casa. A maioria das pessoas não presta um serviço tão bom logo de manhã. Ele era gentil e não posso dizer o suficiente sobre ele. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a central area to our destinations. It is just a few minutes from BWI, which worked out perfect for us. There was no charge for parking, which was nice because there are other Embassy Suites that charge for parking. We had no issues with the safety of our vehicle in their parking lot as it was lit at night. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast in the mornings. Marty was our chef on Friday morning (October 7th) and was phenomenal. He smiled at every single person ahead of us and was super friendly! He made a cowboy casserole for breakfast that was wonderful -- as a matter of fact, I'll be working to re-invent this recipe at home. Most people do not give such great service first thing in the AM. He was personable and I cannot say enough good about him. He is definitely an asset to Embassy Suites and gives them a great name! If in the area again, we'll land at Embassy Suites in hopes of a good nights sleep and a ray of sunshine in the morning with Marty!

Hotel is older for sure. Our room had a few little issues. But would still stay again. The girls at the front desk were allways helpfully and nice. The cook's at breakfast were fast and courteous. Great food as well. We went to the evening reception 3 times the bartender was always nice. And we order food from the bistro menu 2 times just to keep from leaving the hotel. Food was good both times. The girl waiting on us went above and beyond. Our son who is in the navy came with us one night and wanted iced tea she went and brewed him a fresh batch. She did now know about him being in the navy. She was very friendly.

This place was great! A totally unexpected gem of an experience at theend and beginning of two long days. The staff was super-helpful and very kind-upbeat even! Let me say a quick word about the food. The morning breakfast was delicious with a variety of made to order options. The bed was very comfortable.

I rarely write bad reviews, but this place was bad. The good thing about this hotel is that the rooms are nice. Clean, plenty of room, and two TVs. However, the ac was terrible. Our room was barely cool. About 75 degrees. But there was no AC in the atrium, lounge, restaurant, or lobby. I sat at the bar with a cold drink and just continued to sweat. Same thing at breakfast in the mornings. In the hall of the upper floors it must have been close to 100 degrees. The pool was nice, but the jacuzzi was closed. The managers happy hour is now only 1.5 hours long instead of 2 hours. And you can only get two free drinks. Also they never refill the snacks, so if you are not there right when it starts you don't get snacks. You used to be able to sit in the lounge and have as many free well drinks as you wanted for 2 hours. That's why we chose the Embassy Suites. Now I would say that we will never stay in one again.

This was a really nice hotel. The rooms were a bit dated, but very clean. I loved the elevators because they were see-through so you could look out while riding up. One thing I didn't like is that it was an open forum and I felt like someone could fall. We were on the top floor which is the eighth so I noticed it more. The front desk people are amazing. The staff, bartenders, and waiters were great. They had a nice selection for breakfast, and an omelet station. The guy was great. They also have a complimentary cocktail hour where you can get two drinks on the house and snacks. That was a nice addition. I would go back here.

This was not a comfortable stay for us. It was not a nice Embassy Suites. The entire hotel seemed unclean and outdated. I can't even get into all of the details of the different issues with that. Our room smelled terrible. The couch in the living room was so dirty I asked my daughter to not touch it. The curtain rod from the shower was hanging down from loose screws on both ends of it, from the walls. We could not even keep the shower curtain closed enough for water to not come out onto the floor. And we could only shower after having maintenance come up to jimmy the faucets to get them to work. The back of the toilet tank was broken, there were stains on the bathroom floor. The carpet was very dirty. After just feeling so uncomfortable in the hotel itself, we were at least looking forward to breakfast. Got down there at 6 because we had to hit the road, and waited for a while only to be told that because it was a holiday, breakfast was not until 7. That was annoying because not only were we told 6, we were also given a piece of paper that said 6 o'clock. The man sending us away actually argued with me and told me I would have been given a piece of paper upon check in that said because of the holiday it was 7. I pulled out the paper to show him, which said 6. And another couple standing and waiting with us, had actually just called the front desk and were also told 6. So we had to leave without eating and go find a gas station breakfast so we could hit the road. Really just annoying and disappointing. Not a fun stay.

Tivemos um grupo de 22 pessoas voltando para casa de uma implantação e Nyna e sua equipe foram incríveis! Eles foram capazes de bloquear nossos quartos e cuidar de nós após 27 horas de voo. Visitei MD 5 vezes em 3 meses porque estou comprando uma casa e, até agora, este é o melhor hotel em que ficamos. Portanto, se você reservou para 3 ou 2 dias, seu quarto não será atendido. - Os quartos estão muito próximos uns dos outros. Quase nenhuma privacidade. Quando você abre seu quarto, um monte de gente consegue ver dentro se está do lado de fora na frente de seus quartos, na varanda ou até mesmo nos elevadores que são totalmente transparentes. - O serviço de café da manhã tem essa senhora que é tão pouco profissional e rude. Atendimento zero ao cliente. Fui tomar café da manhã no dia 2 e foi um cavalheiro muito simpático e profissional fazendo as omeletes. No dia 3 era uma senhora e literalmente todo mundo estava reclamando de sua atitude.No geral, foi uma boa estadia, mesmo que eu ligasse uma semana antes e pedisse especificamente um berço no meu quarto para o nosso pequeno, mas não estava lá. Felizmente, recebemos cerca de uma hora depois do check-in. Isso não afetou minha revisão. Eu gostaria de poder dar 4,5.

We had a group of 22 people coming home from a deployment and Nyna and her team were amazing! They were able to block out our rooms and get us taken care of after 27 hours of flight. They went above and beyond and truly made our first stop in America awesome! As for the actual hotel - the rooms were very nice and spacious, the gym had everything we needed, and the evening reception was a nice added bonus! I would definitely stay here again!

Visited MD 5 times within 3 months because I’m buying a house and, so far this is best hotel we stayed at. Amazing location, Hotel is gorgeous, staff is nice, unlimited parking… but few things why I’m not giving 5 stars. - 1st and most important, room cleaning service is available only every day and you HAVE TO REQUEST IT FIRST. So if you booked for 3 days or 2, your room will not be taken care of. - Rooms are too close to each other. Almost no privacy. When you open your room, a bunch of people can see inside if they are outside in front of their rooms, on the balcony or even in the elevators which are fully transparent. - The breakfast service has this lady who is so unprofessional and rude. Zero customer service. I went to breakfast on day 2 and it was a very nice and professional gentleman making the omelettes. On day 3 it was a lady and literally everyone was complaining about her attitude. Overall, it was a good stay even if I called a week ahead and specifically asked for a baby crib in my room for our little one but it was not there. Luckily we got it about an hour later after checking in. That didn’t affect my review. I wish I can give 4.5 .
