Was a great place for a weekend getaway. Room was big enough for our family of 4. Our view was not spectacular but we didn’t spend a ton of time there so that wasn’t a big deal. The check in process worked well when we got there with a check in kiosk. Love flamingos at the hotel were cool to watch. The pool was a cool layout for people with young kids with a small platform about 6 in which was perfect for our 9 month old. The hotel was really close to a bunch of cool shops and restaurants which we enjoyed a few. All around great experience.

The FLAMINGO 🦩🌸 is a great hotel. It's central located across from Caesars which makes it convenient to hit any direction of the sights. Their standard rooms are decent sized, clean and up to date and their suites are very nice. The rooms overlooking the flamingo encounter have a great view and aren't to noisy. I've photographed several weddings at The Flamingo and the staff is always very pleasant and accommodating. The garden chapel with the waterfall is beautiful, they offer a very nice bridal room as well. If your doing a video with your wedding the waterfall and background noise from the pool and the activity on the other side is very loud. I have samples available for viewing. The gazebo area is beautiful but in summer months there is no relief from the sun or heat. If you have a summer wedding parasol's and fans would be great gifts for your guests. The hotel should really add a shade covering and water misters. Overall great choice for a wedding in either location, contact me for your photography and video. They will charge you an outside vendor fee of $200 but you'll still save money with my photo and video package and get so much more included. Thanks for reading my review and God's Blessings to you.

The check- in process was terrible. We were told to use the kiosk and the kiosk only directed us to wait for a rep. There were only 2 available. They were nice at first, we got our room and went all the way to the room and it was not clean! We checked in at 9pm. Bottles and dirty towels all over the bathroom. Nasty bed, room was gross. Called the front desk and the gentleman said, “leave your bags in there and wait for housekeeping to come clean the room. We went back downstairs and demanded a new clean room. They were Rude and disrespectful!! I showed him the pictures and the other lady says YOU HAVE TO WAIT, we are helping others! I said well, you should’ve gave me a clean room in the first place and I wouldn’t be down here yet again! As compensation we were told we had a $30 food credit… yea like that’s a lot. That barely covers a drink. They could have at the least refunded the resort fees! Although the Flamingo is conveniently located with the monorail and all….. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. The “cleaner “ room wasn’t all that clean, something was splattered on the bathroom wall and it didn’t smell clean. The bed was comfortable and that’s about the only thing that was good.

This is our home away from home. I absolutely love the Flamingo! I have stayed here twice now. It just does so many things right: easy to navigate, friendly crowd in the casino, awesome pool, stellar location, and easy parking. Also, our room was updated and very comfy. Some parts of the hotel are not updated yet, though. All in all, it's a great bang for your buck. If part of your experience is bad, then you are still in the center of it all in Vegas, or you can enjoy their really nice pool. The only thing I did NOT like was the check-in. The kiosks for check-in didn't work, and we ended up needing to talk to a human rep to get situated. The process took about 20-30min, which was not fun after the long drive.

I usually love staying at the Flamingo, it is in a great location and has great dining options. My last two trips have been very disappointing when it comes to the rooms. My last trip I upgraded out of pocket for the Neapolitan Suite. The suite was advertised as recently remodeled. I felt the suite was in the process of being remodeled. the fabric on the furniture was suspiciously stained. The walls of the room were bland and we could see nail holes where artwork had been removed. Our bedroom had two queen beds, however they were both missing the individual bedside stands. The outlets were placed where the stands should have been, just no nightstands. In the middle of the beds, we had a shared nightstand, however there were no outlets or charging ports. The bathroom was not clean, with plenty of mold in the showers and around the floorboards. Our shower actually had no hot water for the first day we were there, which is not the best start to a trip after a long flight. I felt that we would have been happier without paying for the upgrade and early check-in. Our prior stay in a Go Room was much more pleasant, aside from finding a used washcloth in the dresser drawer.

Muy mal servicio nosotros apartamos una habitaciónpara el 26 de dic y decidimos irnos desde el 25 aparte otra ese día el 25y llegamos y mi esposo fue hizo check in y nos hicieron dos Cargos de 91.95 y otro de 50 y uno de 41.95 y nos fijamos y fuimos y digieron que nos habían cobrado otra vez las recervacionespero que se nos iva a devolver el dinero y para el miércoles nos quedaba un cargo de 91.95 y hablé y me digieron que me lo iban a quitar y el día 31 me volvieron aparesce te los 91.95 dos veces pero uno que est pendiente y el otro ya lo cobrsron

Hotel localizado no centro nervoso de Las Vegas, com check-in demorado, quarto 11056 com cheiro muito forte de cigarro, estacionamento longe, os quartos reformados e agora tem um aspecto moderno e claro, limpeza razoável, cofre, frigobar, secador de cabelo e tv com canal a cabo, camas confortáveis e travesseiros macios. Se você gosta de cigarro este hotel é sua melhor opção de hospedagem. Preste muita atenção para opção de cafe da manhã Continental, na verdade é uma enganação pois quando mencionam Continental é somente um vale de 9 dolares que você tem direito e nada mais, um mísero croissant custa 9 dolares e um cafézinho 5 dolares, ou seja você terá que desembolsar mais dinheiro se quiser algo decente no seu breakfast. Definitivamente fuja desse hotel. Em tempo um buffet breakfast custa 32 dolares.

Very clean, well lit hotel and friendly staff. It's pretty much the center of all the action. The only thing is due to covid-19, the room service isn't the best. Still a great place to stay while in Vegas.

I enjoy this hotel. Always a good deal and its right in the center of all the hotels I enjoy playing at. Staff is friendly. I am very comfortable with their covid protocol. I loved my view of the garden and flamingos. Check in was fast and easy, upgrades were reasonable, parking is free for guest unlike some of the others, and the shops are cute and plenty. One of my favorite hotels to stay in on my quick turn arounds.

We got here early and went ahead and paid the $17 early check in fee. Process was very easy and quick. Room was on the 17th floor, high roller view room. I’ve been ion nicer rooms but it was ok for this last minute trip we decided to book. We plan to try the food court and casino. Very clean lobby and casino though.

Great pool, wildlife and garden area. Casino with a variety of games. Location is the best. Best value for the price if you want a room. Food choices are good, but are increased by walking a few steps outside. A name everyone associates with Vegas fun.

Let me give a shout out to the housekeeping staff; y’all rocked it on the 12th floor!Thank you so much. We were kept with towels and toilet paper and clean sheets. The hotel was nice and clean, except for the one giant roach/water uh I had to kill. But we were pleased with the food court but could only use our room credit on two places that were hardly open.

So much things to do within the hotel. Clean and they sanitize all day. The food court has good food. But Carlos and Charlie are the best. Happy hour from 2-6. With a choice of inside or outdoor dining. The dining outside is amazing. It maybe a little chilly but those heaters heat you right up. There breakfast was really good.

This is one the older hotels on the block but it stands up pretty well. The room is nice but not over the top great. The staff was accommodating and brought everything we asked for. The casino is small and has a personal feel to it. I loved the live flamingos and other birds in the court yard area. Today we check out the pool!

I don’t usually write reviews. But I’ve noticed that people who do write reviews are so ready to complain. This was a very special trip for me and my family. The rooms are beautiful and clean and very well-kept. Housekeeping noticed that I was disabled and made special efforts to equip the room to help me with the accessibility‘s. Without being asked. The heat doesn’t work in my room. When maintenance came up they said they would need us to move rooms in order to fix it effectively. We did not want to move rooms because we are moved in and happy. So he brought me blankets. Everyone here has been kind, very helpful, and friendly. The casino is extremely clean and they have done a lot to make sure the machines are protected. The disinfectant wipes are posted everywhere. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s in a great spot on the strip and the people here are wonderful

Despite the long line at check in, the experience was made more tolerable by staff that genuinely cares about their guests and making the wait seem less. The room was nicely decorated and looked newly remodeled. One Miss is that this hotel does not offer room service. The restaurants at the lobby level provide a wide range of choices, but sometimes a traveler just wants a little room service! The valet parking requires at least 20 minutes to retrieve your car, but once again the friendly and attentive Staff made the experience more enjoyable. This is a nice hotel and you really can’t go wrong choosing this one.

First room they Assigned to us was not up to standards...It was actually very filthy. Management put is on an upgraded room at no extra cost. The upgraded room was immaculate. The amenities were roughly the same, but the cleanliness level was evident. Overall a great stay with limited access to most shops/restaurants. I've stayed here Three total times. Every time there has not been an issue management isn't fast to fix. Would recommend this Hotel to most people.

O check in foi dificil, pois o lugar estava cheio e o self check in nao aceitava pagar com o cartão com o nome diferente da reserva então tive que esperar o atendente que demorou muuito! Mas ao chegar no quarto foi maravilho, tudo muito limpo, agradável, uma linda vista, a cama era super boa e o chuveiro muito forte e com pressão.Adorei!!! O check out foi feito no meu celular sem nenhum contato! Rapido e facil.

Todo bien en general, aúnq durante el covid no hacen las habitaciones, el acceso a la alberca no está garantizado ya que depende de que Ellos te inviten y no de que tu quieras ir, también Hacen un Cobro por día de más fe 40 usd de algo llamado resort Fee que no te da ningún beneficio pero tampoco puedes declinar lo, creo q este resort Fee es una especie de fraude o engaño porque no viene en la tarifa pero lo cobran a la fuerza y no te da ningún beneficio. Entonces porque no lo incluyen en la tarifa?.El hotel está en la mejor ubicación de las Vegas. Las habitaciones bastantes amplias. Algo de ruido con las habitaciones contiguas. Os quartos são bons e limpos, mas um pouco caro. No hotel há diversas opções de alimentação e um cassino. Há opção de massagem e piscina. Há um jardim com uma fonte e alguns pássaros. O hotel é animado e muito movimentado. O check in e check-out pode ser realizado em uma máquina ou no balcão de atendimento.Ótima localização.
