Lamentable estadía. Check in 3 horas después de lo que prometen, esperando sin respuesta y haciendo filas agotadoras. Cero simpatía ni gracia para pasar las vacaciones. No me realizaron limpieza 3 días de los 5 en la habitación. Un día nos dejaron sin toallas, llevando las usadas y no dejando nada. Frigobar roto, lo vinieron a arreglar dos veces y nunca funcionó. Nunca nos consiguieron restaurante para ir a cenar, tuvimos que hacer buffet todas las vacaciones. Nunca un poco de buena predisposición de parte del guest service. Nos prometieron desayuno a la habitación y champagne de cortesía que nunca llegó, día tras día todo mentiras. Nefasta estadía. No recomendaría ni volvería El día que llegamos lluvia a cántaros, caminando con las valijas de habitación en habitación ya que la que nos dieron entramos y estaba con gente y valijas. Em uma semana de férias conseguiram em 2 dias não arrumar o quarto. Pedimos e pagamos 2 quartos, um para 2 adultos e 1 criança e outro para 2 adultos e 2 crianças. Quando chegámos aos quartos não havia nada para as crianças nem roupa para fazer a cama nos sofás. Quem pensar vir para aqui para ter férias descansadas, esqueça. Fizemos várias reclamações e apenas uma foi atendida depois de uma "peixeirada". Este hotel é para esquecer.

Não voltarei jamais a este Hotel. Se estes mencionam que o hotel é de 5 estrelas lamento mas estão totalmente errados. O Staff na sua maior parte é lento e não dão a devida atenção aos clientes. Cheguei ao hotel com já tudo pago de Portugal e quando chegou momento parafazer o check in o Hotel não tinha qualquer tipo de reserva em meu nome. Após 45 minutos de conversa, tive de ligar para a agência em Portugal de maneira que estes reenviassem de novo para o hotel o email com a confirmação da nossa reserva. Entretanto a pessoa da recepção mandou - nos ir jantar enquanto iria resolver a situaçãoficando esta com os nossos passaportes ( jamais o fizemos). Após o check in, a pessoa responsável por nos levar as malas disse que voltava em 5 minutos. No fim das contas demorou cerca de 30 minutos para regressar. Dei gorjeta e ainda refilou.. Os varios restaurantes temáticos têm de ser obrigatoriamente reservados com antecedência senãobem podem esquecer. Em relação ao quarto a televisão não funcionou durante a semana toda mesmo após ter pedido ajuda para resolverem a situação na recepção. Na praia as pessoas marcam as cadeiras desde muito cedo com toalhas e t-shirts( acredito que algumas nem saem durante a semana toda) o que torna impossível por vezes arranjar uma espreguiçadeira.Aspectos positivos - localização em relação à praia, jardins muito bem cuidados, bar da praia com buffet com excelente vista. Quartos espaçosos, animadores excelentes, comida no geral.

Pra começar, quando chegamos em nosso quarto, ele já estava ocupado, colocaram outra família lá.O frigobar do meu quarto não funcionava, eu com bebê de 1 ano não tinha como conservar nada, solicitei troca ou reparo por dias e nada.Péssima comida e péssimo serviço. Comida de péssima qualidade e péssimo sabor. Não atendiam as solicitações e quando atendiam era depois de horas.Pior serviço é comida da minha vida! Fujam dessa furada.

This is my second time in Punta Cana and my first time staying at Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro. Four of us arrived on a Monday around 1:30 and had to wait 3 hours to get checked in to our room. We got to our room and it was disgusting. Very outdated, smell of mildew, stains in the bath tub. We went to go get lunch from the buffet and that was god awful. We saw a gentleman making pasta to order so we went and ordered some. As the employee was cleaning the pans we saw a big sink of brown water. He would clean the pan with the brown water and than cook someone’s new pasta dish in it. I almost got sick watching it! Drinks were terrible too. We stuck to beer and wine all week since the mixed drinks didn’t even taste like they had alcohol in them.This resort has very poor customer service. We were required to book reservations for the 7 restaurants. Our first day of being there, the entire week was booked up and we couldn’t book any reservations. We complained every day to guest services about this and they could care less. Constantly rolling their eyes at us andsaying we can eat at the buffet. My friends and I got severely sick trying to eat their food. We were constantly tipping throughout the trip and employees could care less. It’s really sad and unfortunate how much money we spent to stay here knowing we were treated so poorly.Please for anyone reading this, take my advice and go anywhere else but this place.

I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay at Bahia Principe Grand Bávaro. Firstly, the rooms are immaculate. The mini bar is restocked each day, the beds are made, and the bathroom is cleaned and restocked with essentials. Secondly, the buffet has many choices of cuisine with charming wait staff. The food is always fresh, delicious, and with great presentation. But the most delightful part of our stay was the service, especially with the help of Marisol and Louicilien in reception of Bahia Principe Grand Bávaro. They were very respectful, and quick to assist us with our needs, including with extending our stay for an additional evening. We are more than happy and we'll definitely stay here again in the future :)

La atención es buena pero no es todo lo que dicen. No hay reservaciones nunca para los restaurantes que tienes derecho. Es más antes de reservar tu estancia debes reservar los restaurantes. El baño que me toco estaba malo todo el tiempo. El acceso a la habitación malo también. La verdad pensaría 2 veces en volver. El servicio a la habitación no es gratis. Espero que sean más sinceros al momento de exhibición del lugar. Cómo es muy grande la ayuda es muy demorada. Y deberían dar acceso a todo sin complicaciones. Pero tienes muy poco acceso. Le falta mucho a este lugar.

If I could rate it a -1 I definitely would. Lets start with the fact that they lost my luggage and took over an hour to locate it. My luggage was with the rest of my friends but they decided to just take mine and misplace it. Secondly Check in took over two hours, the long was insanely long and you could over hear everyone else's frustration with the front desk. Now let's talk about the room itself. The tub was absolutely dirty, there were crumbs all over the floor, the sheets were not clean ( we asked multiple times for new ones). The worst part is the plug in the wall, when I went to remove my phone charger the plug came out the wall along with the cords so the whole thing came out the wall. That is an automatic fire hazard so I was very disappointed with the conditions of our room. On our second day there we tried to ask for a new room since our first one was not up to par and they told us we couldn't. Now we spoke to someone named Juan earlier in the day and he told us we were able to switch our rooms. So the communication is just as terrible as the service. We spent almost 3 hours going back and fourth with the people at the front desk until we were finally able to swap rooms. It technically wasn't a new room it was one our friends old room. This was my first time staying at an all inclusive resort and I was disappointed. The service was terrible, the lack of communication with the staff was terrible. All in all a terrible experience for my first time out the country.

Henry in concierge/ guest services is the #1 reason my trip was great! Henry went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant and memorable trip. Initially we were unable to book our dinner reservations because all of the restaurants were booked. Henry arranged for us to have a reservation every night of our stay. It was my best friends birthday and he arranged to have a sash on our room door as well as a birthday cruise. He was even able to have our COVID test taken in our room. This man needs to be in a higher position as he is AWESOME. He was very attentive and pleasant, and extremely respectful. I initially had an issue with my room, the shower did Not work, refrigerator, or air conditioning but Christian at the front desk had me moved and he insured that the room was in perfect order prior to us relocating. The room issue is why I gave 4 stars. Henry made this a very memorable trip and I would return solely due to his hospitality.

Es el segundo día de estadía y no han hecho la limpieza de la habitación a pesar de haberla reportado desde el primer día. La habitación tiene una gotera terrible ahora que llovió dos dias seguidos, igualmente se reportó y no tuve respuesta por parte de recepción más que un, es todo? Como si el reporte fuera poco. Es un hotel muy bonito, lástima del servicio que están otorgando posiblemente por poco personal pero debería estar calculado.

Junto a mi familia pasamos unos hermosos días de vacaciones, infraestructura muy linda, piscinas amplias y con buena animación. Buena comida sobre todo en el buffet y con un personal muy amable y cariñoso, sobre todo Tania y Hervin, quienes nos alegraron cada mañana con sus detalles y cordialidad, nos llevamos hermosos recuerdos de ellos. Como único punto a mejorar se podría mencionar aspectos de mantenimiento de las habitaciones. Volveriamos con gusto

Absolutely awful! Do not stay at this place! Our room was filthy, the bathtub was BROWN, disgusting, the sheets were not clean and the safe was not working. Changed to a different room and guess what? Same thing! The room was disgusting, the toilet flush was broken and once again the safe was not working. Very convenient since the room next to us had 400 pounds stollen from their luggage! Never again, stay away from this hotel. Appalling

Fui en 2019 y fue una experiencia increíble pero lamentablemente en el 2022 mi experiencia fue otra. Me tuve que cambiar de habitación 3 veces( luego de insistir) porque se llovía el baño( al punto de inundarse),el frigobar no funcionó nunca, el teléfono tampoco, el check in es un desastre te tienen horas y horas esperando una habitación. El comedor principal tiene un olor a caño insoportable y llamate dichoso si tienes cubiertos en la mesa y te sirven el café en el desayuno. La atención del personal a excepción del restaurant ( il capriccio) es un desastre, nadie tiene interés en escucharte y mucho menos en resolverte un problema. Claramente es un hotel que se vino muy abajo luego de la pandemia, sin ningún mantenimiento y en el que personal no está conforme con sus condiciones laborales. Recomiendo buscar otras alternativas que hay varias.

Tiene buena infraestructura, el lugar muy lindo,pero con detalles básicos pero importantes que fallan: 1. Hay escasez de jabones 2. Hay poco personal,lo que deriva en una mala atención, sobretodo en los restaurantes. 3. El aseo en las habitaciones es deficiente.Son todas cosas que son fáciles de mejorar, pero hicieron que mi estadía fuera mala.

Me entristece ver el cambio que ha dado este lugar. Lo visite varias veces años atras pero no es ni parecido. Alguna de las habitaciones no son muy buenas o lo suficiente limpias, el personal ya no es amable me imaginoque por lo mal que les estan pagando despues de la pandemiay lo mucho que deben trabajar pero igual no es excusa. Péssimo. Chegamos domingo de lua de mel, grávida, até o momento não consegui descansar porque não tem luz no quarto, ficamos dois dias sem creme dental no quarto, a piscina tem uma regra ridícula de uso das espreguiçadeiras, pedem para acordar às 6 da manhã para reservar espreguiçadeiras, caso contrário você fica de pé o dia inteiro, não cedem nem um guarda volumes para guardar seus objetos pessoais. Hoje eu e meu esposo acordamos 6 hrs da manhã conforme as regras bizarras desde hotel, enquanto fui fazer a prova do meu penteado e voltamos um casal tomou posse das nossas espreguiçadeiras e estamos há quatro horas aguardando o relações públicas até o momento sem solução. Nossa experiência só não está sendo pior nesse país porque por sorte fechamos por fora duas estadias no hard rock, aquele sim é um hotel excelente, mas pelo preço cobrado no Gran Bahia que também não é nem um pouco barato ao contrário, caríssimo, a troca é péssima !

The resort is pretty and the beach breath taking, that part was ok, but the service is so bad that it makes everything extremely difficult. On check in , we noticed that the check in line was extremely long. As we watched we realized that it just wasn't people checking in but many people visibly upset about one thing or another. This didn't look good...then, when we finally got to the front desk, we were given someone else's room. Had to walk back to the front desk and was given a room where the TV, phone and safe didn't work. Had to walk back again and let them know. They didn't seem concerned. A day later they finally fixed the issues.The buffet food is terrible. You had to chase someone down to get seated, for silverware, and even water. It is almost like they are ignoring you. So annoying!! The restaurants aren't great either, almost like a formal buffet.Bed and pillows are hard as rocks.I can't even check out correctly. The app doesn't work online for express checkout and the line is so long at the desk with more angry customers.

[ English / Portuguese ]Unfortunately it was the WORST experience of my life. This was the fourth Bahia Principe I stayed. The first 3 were great, this one was HORRIBLE: poor quality food, even with mold. Poor hygiene and poor maintenance of the rooms. They never cleaned our floor or bathtub during our entire stay. Broken phone, painted couch, patch-relief bathtub. Irresponsible and rude guest service. Reception never answer the phone. They use the same number for the all 7 resorts. Employees without training and most of them only serve those who give them a tip. I waited 40 MINUTES FOR A COKE that I asked for 4 times and it NEVER came (same happened in other days!). In REVENGE FOR A COMPLAINT we made at guest service, they left us an "apology desert" that was partially eaten in our room and soiled our sheets with it (I understand that it seems to bad to be true but please check photos/videos attached). We reported it to the Deputy Manager (highest position available in the resort at that moment),and he did NOTHING but trying to offer us a dinner at the beach or VIP bracelet with the condition to not proceed with a complaint in our travel agency (which we did not accepted)!!! We went for 10 days, on day 7 we just wanted to go back... absolutely terrible. I made an 11-page complaint, the third complaint in my entire life, this being the first of all in a hotel.The hotel is really bad regarding its services, mostly because they do not have anyone supervising the teams which sometimes leads to breaking some fundamental rules (example: employees without mask while cooking at the buffet). As for the private beach, the sea is great but the sand is full of cigarette butts. For sure I do not recommend this group.UPDATE: almost 2 months after presenting the complaint at the hotel and also in our travel agency, we still do not have an answer about what happened or a decent compensation.We also contacted the company responsible for the group ("Group PIÑERO) and no answer was given at all.====================================== Infelizmente foi a PIOR experiência da minha vida. Este foi o quarto Bahia Principe que fiquei. Os 3 primeiros foram ótimos, este foi HORRÍVEL: comida de má qualidade, mesmo com bolor. Má higiene e má manutenção dos quartos. Nunca limparam o chão do nosso quarto nem a banheira durante toda a nossa estadia. Telefone partido e com mau funcionamento, sofá manchado de tinta, banheira cheia de remendos. Atendimento irresponsável e grosseiro. A receção nunca atende o telefone: usam o mesmo número para todos os 7 resorts. Funcionários sem formação e a maioria só atende quem dá gorjeta. Esperei 40 MINUTOS POR UMA COCA-COLA que pedi 4 vezes e NUNCA veio. Em VINGANÇA DE UMA RECLAMAÇÃO que fizemos no Guest Service, deixaram-nos no quarto uma "sobremesa de compensação" que foi parcialmente comida e com a qual sujaram os nossos lençóis (sei que parece mau demais para ser verdade mas pfv verifiquem as fotos/videos em anexo de tudo o que aqui apontamos). Reportámos ao Sub Director (posição mais alta disponível no resort naquele momento), e ele não fez nada além de nos propôr oferecer um jantar na praia ou pulseira VIP com a condição de não prosseguirmos com uma reclamação na nossa agência de viagens (que não aceitámos) !!! Fomos 10 dias e no sétimo já só queríamos voltar... absolutamente terrível. Fiz uma reclamação de 11 páginas, a terceira reclamação em toda a minha vida, sendo esta a primeira de todas num hotel. O hotel é péssimo em relação aos seus serviços, principalmente porque não têm ninguém para supervisionar as equipas o que por vezes leva a que sejam quebradas algumas regras fundamentais (exemplo: cozinheiros sem máscara enquanto cozinham no buffet). Não recomendo de todo este grupo hoteleiro.ATUALIZAÇÃO: quase 2 meses após a apresentação da reclamação no hotel e também na nossa agência de viagens, ainda não temos uma resposta sobre o ocorrido ou uma indemnização adequada.Também entrámos em contacto com a empresa responsável pelo grupo ("Grupo PIÑERO) e nenhuma resposta foi dada.

Ainda estamos cá, chegamos ontem e a experiência está a ser péssima. Na chegada depois de 1 hora na recepção, a minha filha chegou ao quartoe este estava ocupado com outras pessoas, teve que voltar à recepção e repetir o processo todo. No meu quarto, hoje que foi o primeiro dia cheguei ao final da tarde ao quarto este não tinha sido limpo, a cama por fazer. Quando peguei no telefone para pedir o serviço de limpeza, o telefone não funcionava. O comando da televisão também não funciona e dizem que só amanhãpodem resolver. Para acabar o dia tenho uma osga dentro do quarto. Os espaços comuns estão muito bem mas os quartos estão muito degradados. O pessoal não é muito atencioso nem simpático. Este hotel não merece ser considerado de 5 estrelas. Estive cá há 20 anos atrásnoutro hotel e adorei a experiência, fiquei com boa impressão das pessoas daqui, mas desta vez não. A comida é sofrível

Originally the check in service went smooth when first arriving at the resort. Once checked in at approximately 3:30pm we were taken to our rooms and the first incident was the room keys given were not working and unable to get into the room. Once that was resolved our room had absolutely not amenities meaning towels, toiletries or comforters and sheets on the bed. The a/c rarely worked with the ceiling fan almost about to crash and fall on us. Some of the electrical lights did not work as well. Once requested the toiletries, towels, and bed sheets it took almost 2 hours for service to deliver. Had to call using the room phone 3 times along with having to go to the front desk. Once that issue was resolved two more times that evening our room keys were not working and had to go back to front desk. The very second day at the resort we had problems with the room keys yet again a total of 4 times that day of going back and forth getting new ones. The front desk stated it was the lock itself that needed new batteries and were sending a repair person. The repair person came to the room and said the lock is fine and stated it was the keys so no one was able to resolve the issue so on the third day had to get a key replacement yet again. On the third day besides our room issues the couple vacationing with us had issues very similar to us. The front desk supervisor stated he was upgrading and changing our rooms due to the inconveniences. We had to wait a total of three and a half hours just to get a room change and upgrade to what was said to be VIP access. Besides it taking so long to do so once in the new room they put us in the same exact style room with very similar issues yet again. Only this time the dresser furniture had crawling around what looked to be termites all on the furniture. Absolutely unacceptable with the change and was not accommodated one bit with everything going on and the issues we faced. My fiancé and myself along with the other couple vacationing with us all got sick from the food served at the buffet. When the website states all inclusive it is but very vague. Only allowed 2 restaurant reservations for a 6 day stay which means it was buffet every night. Beverage choices were not all inclusive to where if you wanted certain adult drinks there were extra and additional charges. We were originally looking at this resort to inquire about hosting our wedding but the the issues and food problems absolutely not. It’s very unfortunate and upsetting with how the resort was from seeing prior reviews. I would not recommend anyone to visit and if future guests do I hope your stay isn’t like how ours was.

Resort extremamente grande, a ponto de de um lado para o outro ser necessário aguardar alguém para te levar de carrinho de golf, instalações do quarto boas, porém precisando ser renovadas. TV pequena e somente oferece a programação local, travesseiros precisam ser trocados, quarto com banheira, porém a mesma é somente para uma pessoa, mesmo em uma estadia de casal, preços absurdos aplicados dentro do resort, caso precise comprar algo, por exemplo, paguei em um chinelo Ipanema a bagatela de 35$ (dólares convertendo, sai mais de 190R$)... Bem o lugar é lindo e a estadia foi gostosa, mesmo com esses percalços, a equipe do hotel está de parabéns, todos sempre atenciosos.

First and foremost, I would like to say that we had a very good time and that we would stay here again. No stay is perfect and that should not be our expectation especially during the pandemic. There were shops that were closed and the sports bar was closed and I didn't bother checking out the casino. The pools were excellent, we especially liked the pool by the beach. The buffet was good, not great but pretty good. It was very difficult making a restaurant reservation, all booked up.. The room was comfortable. The amenities were excellent. The beach was beautiful! Service was pretty good. I would recommend.

We found this place to be extraordinary all around. Great food. Outstanding service. Every need catered to. Beautiful beach. Entertaining shows. We stayed for a week and could have stayed for a month. Weather is delightful. Pro Tip: we think the swim up room is worth every penny, BUT the "corner" swim up room's only real upgrade is having a tub. Your call if that's worth the extra 20 dollars or so more per night. Book your 'a la Carte' restaurant reservations early... like upon arrival or sooner. Our 2 favorites were Limbo and MEAT. We will come back.

Viajei com minha esposa ao chegarmos ao aeroporto de punta cana as nossas malas não chegaram. Ao chegarmos ao hotel ao realizar o check in o recepcionista nos disse que o número de reserva não existia. Ficamos sem as malas só com a roupa do corpo e cansados sem bens de primeira necessidade. Ao fim de uma longa espera que encontrou nosso número. Hotel nem uma pasta de dentes nos deram para nos ajudar. Ao entrarmos no quarto deparamos logo com um cheiro horrível a mofo bolor e falta de limpeza. Fomos lavar as nossas roupas para estarmos para no dia seguinte irmos comprar novas roupas de verão. Dia seguinte por volta das 13 horas voltamos ao quarto havia uma serpente, mosquitos e 1 lagartixa. Fomos a recepção que nos deram outro quarto em que melhorou foi ausência de animais e o cheiro a mofo. O quarto tinha falta de limpeza, manutenção desde banheira encardida,cabelos na parede telefone e cofre sem funcionar e chão pó junto ao roda pé,isto na era covid-19 e impensável a limpeza é obrigatório assim como a desinfecção. Nossas malas só chegaram fim de 3 dias Casas banho dos homens do lobby fechaduras estão partidas. Nos restaurantes falta de higiene nos pratos a maioria ainda tinha comida seca. Staff sem qualquer formação e total desorganização as vezes era pedir uma colher ou garfo que faltava sempre maioria das vezes só traziam quase final da refeição. Staff no geral super antipáticos alguns 5a6 eram muito simpáticos. No geral único dia que passei bem as férias com na quarta feira que foi o dia que fui a ilha saona.nesse mesmo dia quando viemos não fizeram a limpeza e não fizeram a cama nem mudaram as toalhascomo solicitado.no dia seguinte passamos o dia fora quando voltamos ao quarto estava igual ao dia anterior,ou seja tiveram 2 dias seguidos sem serviços limpeza no quarto. Tivemos que ir recepção para reclamar de novo. Foi uma experiência horrível ao contrário de a 4 anos que tivemos hospedado nesse hotel que tinha sido espectáculo.tambem tivemos no México no mesmo hotel e também foi tudo maravilhoso. Este lugar éum "paraíso ".Foi o melhor lugar que já escolhi para umas férias. Temos direito às três refeições diarias da melhor qualidade e sobremesas com cardapio de grande variedade e beber qualquer bebida a qualquer hora sem pagar nada como acréscimo. Às noites em cada palco tem um show ou espetáculo na primeira hora para as crianças e depois das 21h para adultos. Para quem prefere outra diversão tem o Casino e outros eventos. Foi o primeiro lugar onde vi os funcionários sempre alegres, felizes e com direito a interagir com os hóspedes. A moeda que corre é o dolar. A língua são três :inglês, espanhol e "portunhol ". Neste complexo os hóspedes de cada hotel ou risot éreconhecido por uma pulseira de cores diferentes e pela cor das toalhas. Tem lojas,spas,salão de beleza,lojas de artesanato ou não,mas acho os preços exorbitantes(o que é normal). Há também um consultório médico. Também se oferece passeios fora do Complexo que vai dos 40€ a 170€ por pessoa, aqueles onde a presença de criançasé permitido pode ou não ter um desconto de 50%. O Complexo é enorme e divido em Vilas.Quando chegamos a começar a circular sem se perder já é tempo de voltar,mas para quem não gosta de caminhar tem transporte interno e gratuito. Não é permitido fumar em alguns lugares,porém você encontra cinzeiro por todo lugar. Os passeios fora do Complexo tudo que você consumir está incluído no pacote,assim você só gasta com compras particulares em locais de parada.

O resort é muito grande, as piscinas são um espetáculo, porém a comida é muito fraca, sem qualidade, muito difícil ter frutos do mar, um dia perguntei o garçom se tinha camarão no bar da praia, ele chamou um outro funcionário que foi até nossa mesa e disse que se pagassemos um valor pra ele, ele conseguiria camarão pra gente, o atendimento também é muito fraco. Não recomendo.

I asked a server on a food recommendation and he says to me "I will tell you only if you tip me money".There are bugs everywhere including the bed. The whole family woke up with bug bites, only to find bug beds. We told guest services and they said they would change everything including the mattress but never did.The resort itself is beautiful and well maintained, but the constant cigarette smoke everywhere takes away from the atmosphere.Not recommended for children. The Miniclub is a joke.The food was decent and comparable to other resorts and cruiseships. The Dominican dishes like Mangu were very good.The nightly shows were very good and the most redeeming part of the resort.Also, unlimited drinks were a plus.

Husband and I return every once or twice a year. FABULOUS. Made some great friends, that we still keep in touch with. Fabulous treatment, and respect. Amazing, Award winning Buffet's, Staff, Management, Friendliest People who GENUINELY care about your HAPPINESS, SAFETY, and COMFORT. We will ALWAYS return to Grand Bahia Principe, Punta Can. No matter which resort as long as they are Adult's ONLY. PEACE and QUIET is most important to us, unless there is an Adults ONLY Party or Disco going on. AMAZING Staff.

Realmente hasta ahora,me faltan 2 dias me quedo decepcionado y no volveria jamas no deberia llamarse luxury porque no tiene ese lujo del nombre de hecho le sobra una estrella para mi deberia tener 4,si te gusta la bebida y estas acostumbrado como yo que haya en cada esquina un bar aqui no es tu lugar,la cama horrible extremadamente duraaaaa los colores del hotel aburridosssss la comida malaaaaaaa si quieres y te gusta la comida dominicana aqui no es tu lugar,si te gusta la mamaguana aqui no es tu lugar si te gusta pagar mucho mas dinero extra este si es tu lugar.En resumen este no es el lugar para pasarla bien en pareja

The hotel experience overall was great. They complied with all pandemic safety requirements. The only downside was that my AC was not working well. The great service from the hotel staff compensated for this minor flaw. I highly recommend.

It was a great experience over the weekend! Covid19 restrictions and all I felt comfortable. Food and drinks were delicious staff were amazing. Met some great friendly flight crew attendants fromArgentina (heeyyy). Beach and both pools out of 4 were great not too crowded. ( THANKS TO THE RESORT FOR THAT ☺) I gave it 4 stars bars closes at midnight hahahaha 😅.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The food was great! My room was wonderful and clean. Whenever I called for assistance they made themselves available. No issues restocking mini fridge. If you like to watch TV you may have an issue because there wasn't alot of English speaking channels. The entertainment in the lobby was great, they were very good w keeping us engaged. The drinks were good too! The Staff were wonderful, EVERY staff I came in contact with was great! The resort was amazing and I can't wait to visit again.

Tomem muito cuidado ao comprar pacote diretamente no site desta rede de hotel. Pois ao fazer check-in eles pedem para comprovar sua reserva o mesmo cartão de credito que você fez a compra. porem se você perder o cartão for roubado ou não estiver com o mesmo cartão ao chegar no hotel, você ira passar por algo que passei e não desejo a ninguém pois eles não fazem seu check-in e não pode entrar no hotel.Perde a reserva tem que pagar tudo novamente....entenderam.. Espero que a REDE de HOTEL mude essa politica Tosca e arcaica de confirmação se você é realmente quem comprou o pacote.. ou fazem isso realmente para pegar pegar pessoas e cobrar novamente outro pacote. abraço.

Alimentação excelente, grande variedade, hotel super limpo ao nível dos quartos e instalações. Praia divinal e existem bares na praia com música e bebidas para todos os gostos, incluídas. Carros para cir ular por todo o hotel praticamente sem tempo de espera. Os temáticos batem aos pontos a maioria dos hotéis, excelente qualidade, ao nível dos melhores restaurantes. Os quartos são confortáveis, embora com mobiliário pouco atual, contudo, também vai um pouco de encontro ao estilo mais colonial dos bahia príncipe. Animação excelente e variada. As piscinas são excelentes e a água sempre com temperaturas quentes, assim como a água do mar. Para voltar, sem qualquer dúvida. Apenas um reparo, mas que não é novidade para ninguém, há de facto alguns empregados que só conseguem ser simpáticos e educados com uma gorjeta, mas também há outros sempre com um sorriso e boa disposição... Mas não muitos.

Resort grande mas com poucas atividades e funcionários mal humorados. Não sabem solucionar problemas simples como cartão chave deixando a gente sem poder entrar no quarto durante 5h. Instalações antigas, quartos cheirando a mofo. Dependendo da hospedagem existem muitas limitações. Não pode usar todas as instalações sem pagar mais ex, arvorismo, tirolesa, cama elastica, outras piscinas e playground fantasia. Praia impossível de nadar por causa das algas, horrível. Experiência negativa! Não recomendo para famílias com crianças! A comida não tenho o que reclamar, todos os restaurantes tem comida muito boa e de qualidade. Café da manhã bem completo.

Huge resort, so very busy. Showing signs of age now, like toilets running due to misalignment of flappers or A/C inadequate or beach loungers defective. Had to change our room after one night. Staff try very hard to please and deserve kudos for dealing with the hordes of people. Make sure you get to the beach early to get a good spot. Depending on which building you are in it could be a long walk to the beach, though trolleys come by every 5min or so. Food at the buffet gets boring after a while, but Japanese restaurant is decent. Mexican is just OK. Cocktails can be too sugary, so ask to hold off the syrup. Great place for kids with lots of activities, not so much for adults that need less noise.

Love love love this place. We had the greatest vacation at this hotel. The staff was super nice and always willing to accommodate any requests. Everywhere was clean and beautiful and super safe, we left our stuff around while we went for lunch and no one touched it. The food was delicious everywhere, dont be afraid to ask the chef for something specific that you want to try (be generous though). Overall wonderful place for a family vacation

It was my very first time and I enjoyed every thing from the cleanest room clean sheets and towels. Great beach except the rough seaweed, delicious food in the buffet area and the two A La Cart restaurants were very nice, great entertainment.During breakfast time I noticed the staff were very busy and sometimes we didn’t get the drinks right away. Sometimes we didn’t get seconds for coffee. I wish we could have a self serve coffee machine. I also loved the trips to the country side. I love Dominican music and the entertainment team. I surely danced a lot. It’s people from all over the world happily dancing together, simply amazing. The resort is only 45 minutes away from the airport and we can enjoy a nice ride in an AC van. I can’t wait to return!!!

Great stay. Huge resort with multiple hotels(all of which are open to everyone, except Fantasia). Great for families with kids. If you're looking for peace and quiet without the kids consider an adults only resort. Friendly, accommodating staff. Restaurants were delicious and the buffets were surprisingly good, recommend hitting them early (when it opens) as opposed to near closing time. Every day is a different country themed food choice along with a daily selection of the same foods. Two large pools with a swim up bar and an adults only jacuzzi pool, all very nice. Overall I very much enjoyed my stay of 7 days. I would definitely recommend, however next trip I am trying an adults only resort.
