After drinking all two bags of tea from the room, it was not replenished by the staff for 3 days - despite the fact that the staff visited the room; once they did not even close it after the visit, they left it open by locking the lock on the door in such a way that ANYONE HAD A CHANCE TO ENTER MY ROOM AND ROB ME. Quite often the hotel staff did not make life easy for guests by not providing basic room standards (during each stay something does not work; once the kettle, once the iron, once the TV remote control is devoid of batteries, once the shower handset handle practically does not stick to the wall), but this is nothing compared to the unpleasantness on the part of the front desk staff - unfortunately it is still the same employee with dreadlocks. I suspect that his life is so boring that his life's target has become trying to get people off balance after a trip or who are thinking somewhere else due job. He tries to interject words or gestures to probably redeem his impotence in comparison with other people's achievements and to color his monotonous life. Looking at the "commitment and professionalism in service" (not only me as it appears from observation) I begin to understand and sympathize with you that going down this path you will achieve nothing in life, street sweepers I respect much more because in their work you can often see commitment, in you and straighter colleague from bar not necessarily.

In addition, the shower door is not big enough to keep water within the shower. Every time you took a shower the entire bathroom and hallway would flood. The staff was nice and the location was great but we did not enjoy our stay here. Eu não recomendaria ficar aqui. Não havia ar condicionado, o que tornava impossível dormir em um quarto mofado e quente. Reservamos 4 quartos neste hotel e todos eles não tinham ar condicionado. Além disso, a porta do chuveiro não é grande o suficiente para manter a água dentro do chuveiro. Toda vez que você tomava banho, o banheiro inteiro e o corredor inundavam. A equipe foi agradável e a localização era ótima, mas não gostamos da nossa estadia aqui.

Staff is useless when it comes to customer satisfaction or being able to plan ahead for guest arrivals. Very dirty carpet in the room. Stains, dirt, hair, etc… Breakfast was okay, but all items that supposed to be hot were cold. This is a budget hotel, and I guess you get what you pay for. Our mistake for choosing this hotel solely based on its location. Prós: Localização muito central, a poucos passos da estação de trem e da cidade. Garagem de estacionamento conveniente. Contras: Os quartos não estão prontos até depois das 16:00. A equipe é inútil quando se trata de satisfação do cliente ou poder planejar com antecedência a chegada dos hóspedes. Tapete muito sujo no quarto. Manchas, sujeira, cabelo, etc… O café da manhã estava bom, mas todos os itens que deveriam estar quentes estavam frios. Este é um hotel econômico, e eu acho que Você paga pelo que tem. Nosso erro ao escolher este hotel apenas com base em sua localização.

Excelente localização e com atendimento cordial da equipe. Bom Hotel perto da estação de Donnersbergerbrucke. Voltarei mais vezes com certeza.

Desventajas: Las habitaciones no están listas hasta después de las 16:00. El personal es inútil cuando se trata de la satisfacción del cliente o de poder planificar con anticipación las llegadas de los huéspedes. Alfombra muy sucia en la habitación. Manchas, suciedad, pelo, etc… El desayuno estaba bien, pero todos los artículos que se suponía que estaban calientes estaban fríos. Este es un hotel económico, y supongo que obtienes lo que pagas. Nuestro error al elegir este hotel únicamente por su ubicación.

Hard to believe this is a Hilton managed hotel.The service provided by this hotel is very sloppy and non-standard, such as putting my luggage directly into a storage room without provide any luggage ticket or can’t provide me with the room I booked.Even more irritating is the extremely unprofessional cleaning staffs.Not only will they forget to put away the bath towels you used the day before, forget to change the cups and spoons you used, as well as the paper towels you've used up.They will also choose not to clean up the rubbish you leave in the house, but to throw away the personal items you bring. Not to mention that in a Hilton-owned hotel you can see cleaning staff without uniforms, which is ridiculous.The only thing that deserves our praise is that the breakfast is quite plentiful. Everything else I don't think it lives up to the experience the title 'Hilton Garden' deserves.

Air Conditioning was very bad, it wasn't cooling at all, asked the reception many times for help, the only solution they've provided was to open the windows!!! in HOT SUMMER ?? bed was too small. I'm a Gold Hilton HHonors member, I was expecting a better room with a proper a/c as this is a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was the same all the days, you'll find many mini mosquitos in the bread area. Staff was friendly, they're doing their best, even thought asking for a pillow will take more than 24hr. Staying in a warm room for 10 days was a disaster, totally not recommended.

Disappointed with hotel staff. Hilton not adhering to pre-checking room selections and then not accommodating to help offer better or same room on diff floor. On top not willing work when offered to downgrade my room to have better view of the city instead of courtyard and another hotel building.

Two blocks away is the train station. There's a small grocery store right next to it, and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. A maioria das pessoas fala inglês e são muito úteis com qualquer dúvida. Ficar aqui torna a viagem mais fácil. O bonde passa bem em frente ao hotel. Cerca de um quarteirão de distância é a estação de ônibus. A duas quadras fica a estação de trem. Há uma pequena mercearia ao lado, e muitos restaurantes a uma curta distância.

Aqui você tem que pesar preço e desempenho, o hotel é relativamente novo, o que é positivo, a equipe é muito simpática, os quartos são pequenos sem luxo, apenas um hotel econômico. Eu nunca vi um estacionamento subterrâneo mais estreito, danos ao carro são esperados se você estacionou aqui antes. A localização é boa, mas bem localizada. Recomendação para a bolsa pequena!

Aquí hay que sopesar el precio y el rendimiento, el hotel es relativamente nuevo, lo cual es positivo, el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son pequeñas sin lujos, solo un hotel económico. Nunca he visto un aparcamiento subterráneo más estrecho, es de esperar que el coche sufra daños si ha aparcado aquí antes. La ubicación está bien, pero convenientemente ubicada. ¡Recomendación para el bolso pequeño!

Excelente hotel. La zona es buena, la atención es impecable. Todos hablan inglés y hasta nos centramos con Luis, quien hablaba español. Las habitaciones súper amplias y cómodas, muy cerca de la autopista, y cerca de paradas de ómnibus y tranvía. La zona es linda para recorrer a pie, no nos sentimos inseguros en ningún momento. Recomendamos pedir pisos altos para tener mejor vista, nosotros teníamos vista para el frente y estaba muy linda.

4,5. Y no le pongo 5 por la poca variedad en el desayuno (podrían poner algún cereal más, alguna fruta más). Pero eso es todo lo "malo" que puedo decir al respecto. El hotel está completamente nuevo. La habitación cómoda y grande, la cama muy cómoda. La insonorizacion excelente (especialmente con el exterior). Al lado de una parada de tranvia directo al centro. La cena está deliciosa (cenamos una noche porque si y otra por lo bueno que estaba todo). Y el personal del hotel es de lo mejor. Había leído en críticas que el personal era maravilloso y pensé que exageran an, pero para nada. Desde recepcion (todos ellos y ellas), a los camareros y camareras, el personal de habitación. Todos. Majisimos. De verdad. Da gusto ir a sitios así. Si volvemos a Múnich, volvemos a este hotel seguro.
