“Arrived at the hotel at 9:30 PM and was unable to enter the lobby as the front doors were locked. The person at the front desk had her back to the door so I knocked to get her attention. She just glanced over and stared at me with an irriated look for a while. After this she finally gestures to me to use the phone and call in. This was overall an awkward and unwelcoming checkin process due to an unfriendly front desk staff. The room on the other hand was comfortable and clean. There wasn't much noise outside or the from the hallway and other rooms so I had a good rest. Parking was free and location is in great and safe area. Overall, great stay but would have been better if front desk would be more welcoming.”

“I made reservations here and when I checked into my room on the second floor it was dirty. The first room had hair shavings from previous guest and the shower had hairs. The floor looked like it had not been vacuumed. I opened up the window and it was dusty. I politely explained the situation to front desk lady and she apologized and was understanding. She gave us another room key that put me next to the One I had first got checked into and that room was just as bad. In my opinion, I have pervious housekeeping experience from when I worked at a Shilo Inn and both room were unacceptable. Thankfully third time was the charm and the room i ended up staying in was clean! I feel like this shouldn’t have happened and it will probably be my last time stay at this location. Also the breakfast was not the best and they served nothing fresh. Not even fruit. :0”
