“This experience has been lackluster. Upon arrival, the exterior entrance area welcomes you with an overflowing trash can. My 1st room had major water damage to the walls where mold and rust were visible and attempted to be removed unsuccessfully. Additionally, the toilet was broken, along with the desk. The staff was courteous to provide another room; however it also had the same issues. Because a winter storm was approaching we had few options to leave. The storm arrived and our room lacked heating to maintain warmth. I’ve never had this experience with Hilton before and it’s quite a total deviation from the brand quality. Renovations are necessary.”
