“As pessoas (Ramona) na recepção e a senhora que cuida do café da manhã foram muito calorosas e acolhedoras. A senhora do café da manhã foi ao redor de cada grupo para avisá-los que estava prestes a fechar e levar mais comida desejada. Eu me senti muito confortável em ficar aqui, e o café era muito bom para um hotel. Normalmente eu não posso esperar para chegar em casa para uma boa xícara!”

“Este gerente do hotel é muito rude, desrespeitoso e, em geral, desagradável de lidar. Eu tinha uma reserva dupla para este hotel que foram feitas por engano. Ao tentar cancelar, o gerente do hotel se recusou a falar comigo ou retornar minhas ligações. Eu finalmente tive que falar com a empresa que conseguiu me conectar ao gerente do hotel. Assim que a empresa saiu da teleconferência, o gerente parou de ser agradável e começou a recitar as letras miúdas do hotel e depois desligou na minha cara. Estou hospedado em propriedades Hilton há quase duas décadas e nunca experimentei um gerente de hotel se comportar dessa maneira. Ela agia como se eu a estivesse irritando antes mesmo de falar comigo, em sua recusa em atender minha ligação ou retornar minha mensagem. Sua recepcionista foi, no entanto, muito agradável e pediu desculpas por não poder me ajudar. Em última análise, a empresa lidou com o problema de maneira muito profissional.”
