“The staff was so amazing! We were stuck in Minneapolis for 2 days due to our flight being cancelled because of a snow storm. They extended our check out to 1pm AND let us use the amenities (pool & hot tub) after that time, as our flight wasn't until 9:00 pm. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was really good! We had ordered Uber Eats for dinner and it never actually made it to us, one of the staff offered to go pick up food for us at 8:30 pm. Seriously?! That offer was so kind!! We ended up going to the restaurant next door so he didn't have to drive on the snow covered roads. If we ever make it back this way, I would stay here again!”

“I love Home 2 suites. however not this location. . **IF YOU ARE STAYING ON BUSINESS. YOU MUST SELECT QUEEN BEDS TO STAY ON TOP FLOOR, OTHERWISE FAMILES ABOVE YOU KEEP YOU AWAKE THRU THE EVENING. I called about the noise above my room at 9pm for the Hotel Attendent to tell me the room # above me?? Why. Pls just do your job and politely call that room. Burnt electric outlets, broken office chairs, dirty bathrooms, broken toilet seats, poor customer serviceand refusal to down grade to queen beds in order to be on top floor. Yes I am a Diamond Member, this location does not care. Room 318 is worn out. Next time I will choose the Hampton Inn in Brooklyn MN area, MUCH BETTER with larger tvs and great service”
