O sistema de aquecimento sopra ar frio, a menos que o calor seja ajustado acima de 72 graus. Armários de TV desatualizados. Algumas peças de mobiliário parecem ter sido atualizadas. Não vai voltar. Tuvimos que parar aquí porque quedamos atrapados en una tormenta de nieve muy fuerte. Para nuestra grata sorpresa, este hotel superó nuestras expectativas en un 1000%. Muy limpio, amable, bien abastecido e incluye desayuno gratis. Gracias por brindar un excelente servicio al cliente en un momento tan terrible para tantos.

We had to stop here because we got caught in a really bad snow storm. To our very delightful surprise this hotel exceeded our expectations by 1000%. Very clean, friendly, well stocked, and it includes free breakfast. Thanks for providing great customer service in such a terrible time for so many.

Dated hotel. Walls scared. A little paint goes a long way. Heating system and refrigerator makes loud noise. Bath tub needs to be recaulked due to black spots. Heating system blows cold air unless heat is set above 72 degrees. TV cabinets out dated. A few furniture pieces look as if they have been updated. Will not return. Stated here due to previous hotel losing power. I will not return.

Eu tenho me hospedado em suítes Homewood em Springfield, Virgínia desde 19/06/2021 e minha suíte não é limpa regularmente. Eles disseram no check-in que as suítes serão limpas a cada 4 dias, mas às vezes 10 dias ficam sem limpeza. A primeira vez que minha suíte não foi limpa por um longo período de tempo, avisei o atendente da recepção, voltei do trabalho e o quarto ainda não estava limpo. Quando falei com ela no dia seguinte, ela foi rude e indiferente. Quando essa falta de limpeza continuou, reclamei com o gerente geral e ele prometeu examinar o assunto. A suíte foi limpa regularmente por várias semanas depois disso e então a limpeza parou novamente. Uma vez, a sala de limpeza entrou na suíte e removeu o lixo, mas não fez mais nada (ou seja, não fez a cama, trocou a roupa de cama ou limpou o banheiro). Fui até a recepção e falei com a equipe e ela disse que iria colocá-lo no cronograma para a limpeza, mas novamente o quarto não estava limpo quando eu voltei no final do dia. Liguei para a recepção e o gerente geral atendeu e disse que mandaria alguém e a equipe de limpeza veio em cerca de 1 hora para limpar. Há poucos dias o gerente geral veio até a suíte com o técnico de informática e solicitei que ele colocasse meu quarto em dia para a limpeza na segunda-feira 20/12/2021 e ele disse que fez quando eu perguntei no dia seguinte. Voltei do trabalho na segunda-feira e a suíte estava absolutamente intacta. Estou hospedado neste hotel há 6 meses e parece que estou pagando uma perna e um braço por um serviço muito ruim.As principais preocupações com a etiqueta de hospitalidade da equipe, incluindo o gerente, quando postaram um folheto informando que as suítes precisam ser inseridas, independentemente do sinal de "não perturbe" na porta !!!!!Preciso ficar em Springfield até março de 2022 por causa do meu trabalho, então a gerência do Hilton precisa fornecer o serviço pelo qual estão sendo pagos ou gostaria de um reembolso para poder procurar um hotel mais limpo. Tentei enviar esta reclamação no site da hiltons, mas por algum motivo o envio não foi processado !!!

I have been staying in Homewood suites in Springfield, Virginia since 6/19/2021 and my suite has not been cleaned regularly. They said on check-in that suites will be cleaned every 4 days but sometimes 10 days will go without cleaning. The first time my suite was not cleaned for an extended period of time, I made the front desk agent aware and I came back from work and the room was still not cleaned. When I spoke to her the next day, she was rude and dismissive. When this lack of cleaning continued, I complained to the general manager and he promised to look into the matter. The suite was cleaned regularly for several weeks after that and then the cleaning stopped again. One time, the cleaning room entered the suite and removed the trash but did not do anything else (i.e did not make the bed, change the linens or clean the bathroom). I went to the front desk and spoke to the staff and she said she was going to put it on the schedule for cleaning but again the room was not cleaned when I came back later in the day. I called the front desk and the general manager answered and he said he was going to send somebody and the cleaning crew came in about 1 hour to clean. Few days ago, the general manager came to the suite with IT tech and I requested that he put my room on schedule for cleaning on Monday 12/20/2021 and he said he did when I asked him the following day. I came back from work on Monday and the suite was absolutely untouched. I have been staying at this hotel for 6 months now and it looks like I have been paying a leg and an arm for a very poor service.Major concerns with the hospitality etiquette of the staff including the manager as they posted a flyer that suites will need to be entered regardless of "do not disturb sign" on the door!!!!!I need to stay in Springfield till March of 2022 because of my job so the Hilton management needs to provide the service they are being paid for or I would like a refund so I can look for a cleaner hotel. I tried submitting this complaint on the hiltons website but the submission will not go through for some reason!!!

I highly recommend this hotel. Not only is care taken to keep this hotel so clean, the staff is extremely welcoming. They are very accommodating and I felt safe staying there. If you're traveling into the Springfield area and want a home away from home, this is the place.

Meu quarto era tão bonito e minha estadia foi incrível. Pude fazer o check-in mais cedo. O quarto era limpo e aconchegante. Eu poderia mudar a temperatura da sala. A pequena área da cozinha tinha todos os suprimentos que eu poderia precisar para cozinhar e a máquina de lavar louça era um toque agradável. Adorei toda a iluminação e que a tv ficava na parede e dava pra movê-la para qualquer lugar da sala. O chuveiro pressão lol foi incrível 😍. Eu tinha toalhas, lençóis e travesseiros extras, então minha estadia foi incrível. Eu gosto que o café da manhã seja servido mesmo durante o tempo cobiçado. A comida era ótima e, de fato, temporada. Havia opções para todos. Eu recomendo este hotel a ninguém. Além disso, fica ao lado de um shopping center e a uma rápida viagem de carro do metrô. My room was so cute and my stay was amazing. I was able to check in early. The room was clean and cozy. I could change the temperature of the room. The little kitchen area had all the supplies I could need to cook and the dishwasher was a nice touch. I loved all the lighting and that the tv was on the wall and you could move it to any area of the room. The shower pressure lol was amazing 😍. I had extra towels, sheets and pillows so my stay was awesome. I like that breakfast was served even during covid time. The food was great and actually season. There was options for everyone. I recommend this hotel to anyone. Plus your right beside a shopping center and a quick car ride away from the metro. You would think being right by a bust street it would be loud but it wasn't. They had great customer service and I'm already planning my next trip.

Great hotel with a great staff. I would recommend it if you're in town and looking for a standard hotel. The driving entrance to the hotel is a little complicated, but its still pretty easy to get to.

Eu só queria que houvesse uma maneira de escolher um quarto que fosse deixado sem animais de estimação, semelhante a ser livre de fumo. Eu não achei que o hotel, que aceita animais de estimação, seria um grande negócio, mas quando ligamos o ventilador de teto, ele deve ter chutado os pelos de um hóspede anterior. Meu marido e eu começamos a tossir e meu marido teve que ir até o carro pegar seu inalador para evitar um ataque de asma que se aproximava. Com o coração partido porque adoramos o contrário e realmente queríamos voltar!

Loved the king suite we stayed in, the amenities were great. Loved that we had a little kitchenette complete with dishes and things. I only wish there was a way to pick a room that has been left pet free, similar to being smoke free. I didn't think the hotel being pet friendly was going to be a big deal, but when we turned on the ceiling fan it must have kicked up pet dander from a previous guest. My husband and I both started coughing and my husband had to go to the car for his inhaler to prevent an oncoming asthma attack. Heartbroken because we loved it otherwise and really wanted to come back!

Nice large rooms with two rooms & a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator.  The hotel has all the pleasant amenities you'd expect of a 3-star large chain hotel.  However, compared with other similar hotels in the area there doesn't seem to be enough parking within the hotel garage for all guests & the maneuvering is very tight, the continental breakfast is limited & this hotel caters to pets.  A plus for pet owners who have to travel.  I just don't know their pet policies & if they have designated rooms for them.

I originally booked the room for about $120/night. Confirmed and a temp charge was placed on my card. After my 6 night stay, the total charge was $1461.51. The hotel manager admitted that they increased the rate due to occupancy, without notifying me.After over an hour on the phone with Hilton, there is not a resolution.During my stay, housekeeping entered my room without knocking or announcing themselves. There was a Do Not Disturb sign ON THE DOOR. I was indisposed and just heard blinds opening. I announced my presence, and the housekeeper left. Upon my return that afternoon, the blinds were again open, but the room had not been serviced. So they entered my room again with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I was offered a 16oz Coca Cola as compensation.Traveler Beware. There are several other hotels in the immediate, walking distance area. I recommend choosing one of those.
