“Staff was very friendly and welcoming, but overall the visit was very disappointing. The restaurant and rooftop access were closed for construction, absolutely no mention of this during booking. Hallway smelled bad, like a portapotty. Holes in the ceiling in random places with loose dry wall. Awakened very early each day by construction noises and/or house keeping screaming in the hallways. Overall, paid for 4 star hotel and recieved less than motel quality.
*Edited to add: they "had a glitch" and secretly charged us $500 a month later, absolutely no reason. Refunded, but only because we noticed. Watch yourself with these people.”

“The staff was exceptionally upbeat and helpful, despite the heat and the pandemic. It is a very dog-friendly hotel as well as a people-friendly hotel. The gentleman who took care of our parking was kind and prompt, and appreciated. The rooms are open and welcoming and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We never sleep well when traveling, but we both slept like babies the three nights we were here. Plan on coffee elsewhere, but the hotel and the staff are gems.”
