This is the hotel to stay at in Arica! It has a perfect location near the beach and restaurants. Great breakfast and wifi and a very good fitness centre. Compared to other hotels in this price range the Novotel is great!

The staff is amazing! Rocio and Carmen are the best. It is very very clean. The location right on the beach is wonderful. The hotel restaurant has amazing food. Do not miss it. Also the restaurant Rayu is fantastic. The pool is small but it was never crowded. The breakfast is great. My partner loved the gym.

Great new hotel with very attentive staff. The room and especially the bed was great. Location is perfect, close to the beach and nice restaurants. Also the restaurant is great, both for breakfast and lunch/dinner. We were perfectly helped by the reception to arrange some transport (car rental, booking a night bus). I would really recommend to stay here when visiting Arica.
