“We stayed in the family room 324, which was at the the very end on the 3rd floor. Starting on room 318 the carpet started to smell heavily of urine, maybe from a person or a pet. We complained about it at the reception, but nothing happened to resolve the problem. The room was rather old looking, but apart from the windows that have not been cleaned in years from how they looked, the room was clean and with ritual products in the bathroom (shower gel and shampoo) of which the shower gel was empty.. The staff at the bar and breakfast was very nice and friendly. Location very central. For 200 EUR a night however rather overpriced.”
