One & Only Palmilla is one of the most exceptional resort experiences I’ve ever had. Their attention to detail and curating a special experience for your stay is beyond fabulous. Our hosts were angels and surprised us everyday with something special in our rooms! Definitely visit!

We have been to O&O many times, it’s a wonderful place for family and couples alike. For family, recommend the cabanas at the beach - very easy for kids to swim. STRONGLY recommend coming during Easter - wonderful celebration. All-in-all, amazing place with the best in class service.

We especially felt that from Isaac and Victoria, who went so far above and beyond to make our stay a truly special and memorable one. We had a bit of a run in with some loud neighbors, and of course this was no fault of the hotel. Isaac and Victoria helped smooth this over with grace and promptness. Simply could not do better for a place to stay, totally amazing!!! As they say, “treat yo self” and check this place out if you ever have a chance, I don’t know if anyone could ever regret coming here!

We spent our honeymoon at the One&Only Palmilla and it was absolutely stunning and wonderful. From the food to the rooms, everything is top quality and first class. But most of all, the service is what blew us away. Every day they did something special for our honeymoon. From ensuring that we had our favorite champagne, to private pictures around the property, to romantic bubble baths at night, everything was taken care of and thought of for us. They made sure we relaxed but also made sure we took advantage of being in Cabo with suggestions on restaurants outside the resort and activities we could do. We would definitely recommend the One&Only to anyone who wants to celebrate a special occasion. We will certainly be back and how that we will see all of the wonderful people we met (especially our host Camila who was simply amazing)!!
