Muito bom! Conforto, lazer..

Our room was burglarized during our visit. My purse, wallet, car keys, ID, etc. was stolen from our room and my debit/credit cards were used in a nearby city. Our door lock did not properly latch. This was confirmed by the maintenance engineer at the hotel, the police and by a video we recorded. Marriott has shown absolutely no concern for our safety, or accountability for our belongings. My husband's status with Marriott is Titanium Elite due to his frequency in trusting Marriott with his travel stays, and yet there was no communication or follow up after our report of someone entering our room and stealing our belongings. We are in the process of trying to rekey our vehicles, restore identity after the theft,and replace our belongings with absolutely no responsibility taken by this location, or by Marriott.

The rooms are nice, spacious and mostly clean.. very roomy! Convinient to have a kitchen. Very accommodating of families. Rooms can have a nice view.Some things are starting to "wear" .. carpet stained and coming apart from where the tiles meet. AC making weird noise, curtains pulled off the track. Tiles felt sticky.Breakfast was included but they forgot to tell us :( Os quartos são agradáveis, espaçosos e principalmente limpos.. muito espaçoso! Conveniência de ter uma cozinha. Muito acolhedora das famílias. Os quartos podem ter uma bela vista.Algumas coisas estão começando a "desgastar" .. tapete manchado e descolando de onde os azulejos se encontram. AC fazendo barulho estranho, cortinas puxadas para fora da pista. As telhas pareciam pegajosas.O café da manhã estava incluído, mas eles esqueceram de nos dizer :(

Honestly, the front desk staff is a major reason why I'll be returning. I'm glad my experience was different than many in the reviews. It was mine and my daughter's birthday celebration and I've never met a staff as nice and cheerful. The views were wonderful especially after dark. The area is super sketch after dark but it's also centralized and a walking distance from major retailers. The room was clean for the most part. The four stars are for hairs found in the shower and the shampoo and body wash not being full. Attention to those things would give it a 5. Please don't yell at the housekeeper. Oversights happen. They could have been exhausted from cleaning countless rooms in all kinds of conditions. Maybe just bring it to their attention gently. Otherwise I plan to return for the new years eve. Foi a festa de aniversário minha e da minha filha e nunca conheci uma equipe tão simpática e alegre. As vistas eram maravilhosas, especialmente após o anoitecer. A área é super esboço depois de escurecer, mas também é centralizada e a uma curta distância dos principais varejistas. O quarto estava limpo em sua maior parte. As quatro estrelas são para os cabelos encontrados no chuveiro e o shampoo e o sabonete líquido não estão cheios. Atenção a essas coisas daria um 5. Por favor, não grite com a governanta. Os descuidos acontecem. Eles poderiam estar exaustos de limpar inúmeros quartos em todos os tipos de condições. Talvez apenas chame a atenção deles gentilmente. Room was spacious and clean. The wall mounted TV was lopsided, and will need the mounting bracket to be adjusted or replaced. Reported it to front desk to avoid being charged for the repair. Complementary hot breakfast wasn't very hot. Location was good with restaurants and food trucks nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff is super friendly and considerate.Would be 5 stars if our floor didn't constantly smell like weed and take over an hour to get our vehicle from valet especially when paying $61 a night for valet service. Quarto é super agradável e limpo. A equipe é super simpática e atenciosa.Seria 5 estrelas se nosso andar não cheirasse constantemente a maconha e levasse mais de uma hora para pegar nosso veículo com manobrista, especialmente ao pagar US $ 61 por noite por serviço de manobrista.

Well appointed rooms with nice views of the L.A. landscape. Great front desk service,but the valet service was very disorganized. Breakfast was decent but condiments and eating area needed more attention. Really didn't like the fact that they advertised that they were clean and up on COVID protocols, but every single hand sanitizer we tried in the hotel and eating area were always empty. Made us feel germy. Pool area was great with very few guests. Surrounding hotel area has a mix of very expensive restaurants with good food mixed with needy homeless people. If the Residence Inn wants to improve,they should invest in upgrading their carpets in hallways and the suites. They were clean but were so worn out it made us feel like we were staying in a run-down place, which it really wasn't, but that's the impression it gives.

The reviews for this place made me nervous prior to coming but I had an amazing experience during my 5 night stay here. I had A LOT of requests and the staff fulfilled them in literal MINUTES. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member but the staff was welcoming and efficient. The breakfast here was amazing and made me excited to wake up early every day. Clean room and good wifi too. Across the street from the venues I was seeing artists at.

You can walk to a Ralphs grocery store. I stayed on the top floor, but the views are nothing special. I would stay here again. It was below average for a Residence Inn, which are usually nicer hotels. Hotel decente em uma localização central. Café-da-manhã foi média para este ponto de preço. O quarto estava limpo e eu dormi bem. A área circundante não é grande. Fica perto de duas estações de metrô. Você pode caminhar até uma mercearia Ralphs. Excelente! Habitación muy amplia, bonita y cómoda. Muy bien comunicado y personal muy atento. Sin duda repetiré cuando vuelva a L.A.

Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, tienen una zona de cocina ideal para preparar o calentar algo cuando uno aloja con niños. El desayuno (incluido) es algo simple y monótono si uno está varios dias. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, a 15 min de una estación de subway y a 2 min de paradas de buses. Hay mucho comercio en las cercanías; restoranes, supermercados y tiendas en general. Durante la noche es algo solitario el sector, con una cantidad no menor homeless en las calles, pero es una zona segura. Lo único que no me gustó de la habitación fue la puerta corredera (sobrepuesta sobre el vano de la entrada al baño), la cual no tiene seguro para cerrarla lo cual es un problema cuando alojan varias personas en una habitación ya que no ofrece privacidad...
