“Everything was well maintained.
Alli at the front desk was very kind and professional, she went above and beyond her job description to help make our stay in Austin great! I would absolutely stay here again!”

“Love the fact that the blow dry in my room had a diffuser for curly or high texture hair and a nozzle for straight hair 💕 on point!!! The water PH was amazing 🙌🏼 I didn’t even need conditioner. Room was clean, noise was minimum. The only thing was that at the front desk they weren’t not familiar with military discount 🤷🏻♀️.”

Needed a quick get away. Location seemed ideal but unfortunately, the homeless population have encamped this area. Didn't feel safe walking around. The hotel itself is nice enough. Staff was professional. Sheraton lacks certain amenities I usually enjoy at hotels. WiFi is not included. Pretty lame cable package. Housekeeping only cleans at your departure (sit your trash can in hallway at night, if it needs disposal). Parking is a expensive. No microwave in rooms, apparently every other floor has one, mine did not. Ice machine had no ice on my floor. When I reported this was told to check another floor. Vending machines on 3 floors were sold out of water. My toilet handle was broken toilet ran all night. No stationary to jot a quick note. These are simple things that make customers feel taken care of and valued. Fitness center was nice and clean. Covid precautions were enforced. Okay stay. Wouldn't choose to stay again.

Large open public spaces, good staff and location. Clean rooms and nice views from upper floors. Can walk to 6th Street.
