“Mesmo que fosse menos de uma estrela, eu daria a eles .. Mau atendimento .. Pior que má recepção. Aluguei dois quartos para 5 pessoas e paguei um adicional, e das 18h às 12h, eles não forneciam cama extra. A receção foi chamada e comunicada, não houve resposta. Pelo contrário, a voz levantou-se e o funcionário ficou indignado, sabendo pré-reserva antes da chegada e pagamento .. Espaçamento não normal nos quartos. Um quarto nós ir com um elevador diferente do segundo quarto, informando que um dos familiares tem necessidades especiais .. Não há responsabilidade ou consideração mínima. Todos os funcionários levantam a voz, tem que reverter antes de pagar, muito bom gosto ,, A pior experiência e o pior tratamento .. os quartos cheiravam a colchões mofados ✋🏼👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻”

“Reservé una habitación con vistas al Haram y sobre esta base pagué la cantidad y me sorprendió una habitación con vistas al hotel vecino. Hablé con el gerente de turno ayer por la tarde del viernes y fue de mala educación y no apareció ninguna respuesta. Y habla con desprecio y como el que dice me gustas o como eres Sin embargo, el olor a cigarrillos silenció la habitación. ¿Qué puedo decir excepto que Dios me basta y es el mejor agente? Hoy en este mundo y mañana al final .. el objetivo no es tomar dinero en vano El objetivo es la honestidad y la integridad. Mala experiencia y no se repetirá en este hotel.”
