“Reserved and stayed at this location one night. Room great. Beds comfortable. Bathroom fine. Towels a bit thin. But all in all very nice stay.
Starbucks constant 20-50 people deep line that lasted 1.25 hours. Could be better since most of delay was due to breakfast food orders clogging up straight coffee orders.”

“Room service food was great and the service by the staff at the restaurant was lovely. Shuttle service was great. My problem was the check-in. I got my room keys fast enough. Unfortunately, the hotel is so busy that it takes forever to get into the elevator. That's not the hotel's fault, but after the hassle one does expect to get into a room that has been cleaned. The bed was unmade, trash everywhere, dirty towls tossed about. That's nasty. I now had the fun of hauling my luggage back down to the lobby to get a new room. I had the pleasure of waiting 10 min for an elevator and stopping at every single floor on the way down. I got to have a lengthy wait in line this time. I got no apology from the front desk staff. I deliberately paid for a more expensive hotel thinking I would be getting the best service and I did not.”
