The hotel was the prime location to where I needed to go. I requested an accessible room with roll-in shower but got a tub and shower chair. The accessibility of this hotel is not easy for individuals traveling in a manual wheelchair. It sits on a hill so maneuvering is slightly difficult. Once inside everything is smooth rolling. Close to the Cobb Galleria and Cumberland Mall.

Tivemos alguns problemas, mas no geral o serviço do hotel foi bom! O espelho de maquilhagem tinha um cabo desgastado e causou uma faísca, e eles desligaram a água e os elevadores sem aviso prévio em 1 dia de nossa estadia de 5 noites para manutenção. Provavelmente não teríamos notado, exceto que minha esposa estava no chuveiro no momento e depois não conseguiu descer do 16º andar para perguntar sobre a água. O lobby é melhor do que os quartos, que poderiam usar uma reforma, mas eram bons. Use o elevador da garagem para o shopping para acessar a passarela em frente ao The Battery - é uma caminhada agradável.

I would give zero stars if I could. I checked in with my family that includes my newborn and 3 year old. As I prepared to bathe my children I found that the bathtub was absolutely disgusting. It looked like a vomit/blood substance in the bottom and dried up urine around the toilet. The front desk attendant sent someone from housekeeping that had a terrible attitude and left the room without a word. I told them that I wanted a refund and I would immediately leave with my children or put in a room that was clean to my standards because their standards are obviously very low. I was moved to the 4th floor and immediately exiting the elevator I smelled a mildew odor. The room appeared okay but when I woke up the next morning to look out the window, I found that the window seal had black mold and moisture. Bottom line, if you like a clean place to stay, do not book here.

Very nice hotel ! Felt like I was in a high rise condo with a amazing view. Lots and lots of food choices in the area plus the mall is right behind the building. I have stayed there around 4 times will definitely be back

We had some issues, but overall the hotel service was good! The vanity mirror had a frayed cord and caused a spark, and they shut off the water and elevators without notice on 1 day of our 5 night stay for maintenance. We probably wouldn't have noticed except my wife was in the shower at the time and then couldn't get downstairs from the 16th floor to ask about the water. The lobby is nicer than the rooms, which could use a renovation, but were otherwise fine. Use the garage elevator to the mall to access the walkway across to The Battery - it's a pleasant walk.

After a long day checkin was a breeze! The customer service displayed at the front desk by manager Rair was exceptional. We are aware that this wasn’t a brand new hotel but all of our complaints were resolved after arrival in a timely manner! I’ve never felt so welcomed, taken care of or so much concern from customer service. I will be coming back to stay at this location again!

Boa localização para participar de uma convenção. O lobby é confortável. A equipe é muito atenciosa e gentil. Meu primeiro quarto cheirava a maconha, graças a Deus eles puderam nos mudar de maneira super rápida. Os quartos precisam desesperadamente de novos pisos e manutenção de portas deslizantes entre a área de estar e de dormir, pois não trancam.

Good location for attending a convention. Lobby is comfortable. Staff is very attentive and kind. My first room smelled like marihuana, thank God they could change us in a super speedy manner. Rooms desperately need new flooring, and upkeep of sliding doors between living and sleeping area, as they don’t lock.

O prédio parece decente do lado de fora, e o lobby é bom, mas as coisas descem quando você sai do elevador nos andares dos quartos.Os corredores são sujos, e os quartos estão desatualizados. Imagino que uma cama de prisão seria mais confortável para dormir do que o sofá-cama de lá. O maior problema foi com a limpeza - tínhamos um cobertor em nossa cama que estava completamente manchado, os lençóis tinham manchas, o tapete parecia não ter sido aspirado, os móveis de vidro precisavam de pó, etc. problemas com a comunicação. Solicitei toalhas adicionais e um novo cobertor pelo aplicativo Bonvoy, mas nunca recebi resposta. Liguei para a recepção cerca de seis horas depois para pedir uma atualização e eles disseram que enviariam alguém imediatamente. Quatro horas depois, ainda não havia toalhas e cobertores novos, então tive que descer até a recepção e pegá-los. Por fim, a garagem estava uma bagunça, e o acesso à chave do quarto só funcionava na entrada do último andar. Isso foi bem inconveniente.Este lugar tem uma ótima localização e a capacidade de ser um hotel fantástico, então eu realmente gostaria de ver a Marriott investir nele, mas não estou esperançoso.

Awful stay. The building looks decent from the outside, and the lobby is nice, but things go downhill once you step off the elevator on guest room floors.The hallways are dingy, and the rooms are outdated. I imagine a prison bed would be more comfortable to sleep on than the sofa bed in there. The biggest issue was with cleanliness - we had a blanket on our bed that was completely stained through, the sheets had stains, the carpet felt like it hadn’t been vacuumed, the glass furniture was in need of dusting, etc. There were also issues with communication. I requested additional towels and a new blanket via the Bonvoy app, but never received a response. I called the front desk about six hours later to ask for an update, and they said they’d send someone right away. Four hours later, still no new towels and blanket, so I had to go downstairs to the front desk and obtain them. Lastly, the parking garage was a mess, and the room key access only worked from the top floor entrance. That was pretty inconvenient.This place has a great location and the ability to be a fantastic hotel, so I’d really like to see Marriott invest in it, but I’m not hopeful.

Estupendo hotel. Habitaciones grandes y camas enormes. Muy limpio todo. El equipo humano muy competente , profesional , entregado y muy amable. Estupendo gym y piscina justita. Car service increible. A mejorar : El desayuno. Todos los dias lo mismo. Se agradeceria un poco mas de variedad aunque resaltaria la buena calidad de sus productos frescos. Sin duda lo recomiendo y si puedo , repetiré.
