A área da biblioteca é perfeita para relaxar no final do dia. Suíte ampla e confortável, café da manhã simplesmente perfeito.

Hotel com decoração descolada. Excelente café da manhã. Excelente localização. Só achei estranho não haver proteção entre o edredon e quem vai dormir. Todos usam o mesmo edredon? Quem não gosta de tomar água da torneira, busque comprar sua água. Eles incentivam tomar direto da torneira pois sua água tem qualidade excepcional com filtragem proporcionada pelas camadas de lava por onde passam.

Tive um tempo incrível na Islândia. Se Hospedaram no Canopy por cerca de uma semana. Era limpo e bem decorado. Chegar ao seu quarto é complicado. O hotel parece ser feito de um monte de edifícios conectados. Isso não deve ser um problema depois que você encontrar seu quarto pela primeira vez. Fora isso, ele está localizado centralmente. Eu poderia caminhar para a maioria dos pontos de interesse da cidade. A parada de ônibus 6 foi a parada mais próxima para excursões (caminhada muito curta). O café da manhã era ótimo. Eu ficaria aqui novamente.

Had an Incredible time in Iceland. Stayed at the Canopy for about a week. It was clean and nicely decorated. Getting to your room an get complicated. The hotel appears to be made out of a bunch of connecting buildings. This shouldn't be an issue after you find your room the first time. Other than that, it is centrally located. I could walk to most points of interest in the city. Bus stop 6 was the nearest stop for excursions(very short walk). Breakfast was great. I would stay here again.

An excellent nicely decorated property with a great central location. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is above average with a nice choice. However standard rooms are a bit smallish though well equipped with a comfortable bed.

Hotel muito agradável no centro de Reykjavík. Boas possibilidades de conviver em todos os pisos. Vista na cobertura! Belo design. O serviço foi preciso e suave. Mas: da próxima vez eu quero cerveja no mini bar 😉

Very nice Hotel in the center of Reykjavík. Good possibilities to hang out on all floors. Rooftop view! Nice design. Service was accurate and smooth. But: Next time I want beer in the mini bar 😉

Very noisy hotel with paper thin walls. I have recordings of the walls literally shaking and vibrating due to unbearable noise from a bar right below our room. Hotel staff has not shown any kind of support and seemed to protect the owners of the bar that currently due to the pandemic wasn’t allowed to open after 11pm - my recordings have been made between midnight and 3:30am! This wasn’t an isolated case. It has happened on multiple nights and we’ve been reassured by hotel staff time and again that it was just “teenagers in the street”. Only when we told the receptionist that we will have to call the police to look into it, he suddenly remembered that there was a bar, and five minutes later, the noise had stopped. I don’t know what is going on in this hotel but I’ve spoken to multiple other guests who complained about the same things: - unbearable noise - rooms not being cleaned daily - and rude staff (“if you want it to be cleaned daily you should’ve told us”) This is a 4 star hotel that is not the cheapest in town. I cannot believe the lack of service we have met there. On top of it all, we had to chase the staff for a booking receipt because they did not seem to be on track of things. In fact, they kept losing our booking multiple times. We had to change our key cards several times as they suddenly stopped working, and we were asked to move hotel rooms twice because the booking dates in the system did not match our booking. I seriously wonder where some of the good ratings came from.

Wonderful hotel. Close to everything! Bus stop right outside for all the popular tour group pick ups! The included breakfast had a wide variety of breakfast foods, all delicious and made fresh. Great views of the city from the roof terrace ! Highly recommend the canopy!

Such a perfect hotel right in the center of Reykjavik, you can't ask for anything better.Booking a long weekend trip away, I looked up what area of Reykjavik to stay in and came up with the Canopy by Hilton as the perfect location.The staff were so friendly, check in was a breeze and we even got a complimentary bar of Icelandic chocolate.. err... yum!Our room was in the roof so was smaller with the slanted ceiling but was still comfy, cosy and the bed was to die for.The hotel has the best breakfast I have ever seen in my life and nothing is sat for too long under the lamps and is promptly restocked with fresh food quite often.10/10 would recommend.

Stayed here for New Year’s Eve 2018 and was not disappointed. Interior was modern, clean and well equipped. Next to Main Street of Reykjavík. Fireworks view from the rooftop. Best part is the breakfast, plenty of choice and top quality. Love it

This hotel is in a perfect spot to hit the busy shopping street in under a minute. It is also a close walk down to the harbor and it is beautifully appointed inside and out. Our room had a stunning room down over the harbor. Breakfast was an amazing buffet with American European and Icelandic foods. The lobby is very chic and the bar hosts beer and cheese tastings. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for a New Years trip. The location is centrally located and very accessible. The daily breakfast buffet was very convenient. Concierge helped us organize a fun day trip as well.
