Not bad, solid 3 star hotel. For the price there’s a lot of other options for the area that might be better. But this is a solid place, breakfast bar, and pool are nice. Remote to the tv didn’t work, so the only option was a marathon of a crime drama series. The area around the hotel not great…

I visited Vegas to play Pokemon Go. I choose this hotel because it was close to the event and I have gold status. The room was large, clean, and very well equipped. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The morning breakfast was quite good. The hotel looks like it was renovated a while ago and is starting to look a little dated. If I had reason to be in this area again I would choose this hotel.

Building B elevator is out of service. The building exterior is worn out and needs a lot of work. The hallway carpet is past due for replacement and the interior is old and worn out. Very suprised that Marriott would allow this property to stay open. There is not much nearby in walking distance. Wouldn't recommend it. The Mariott property photos are deceiving with its actual condition. The front desk representative was very nice and helpful.👍

All I need to say is "This is the way a hotel stay should be like". The location was conveniently located to all shopping needs and also in a quiet relaxing environment. The front desk made all the checking in and out super easy and the staff was very informative of any questions we asked. The rooms were very, very clean and completely stocked with all needed necessities of what is needed when not at home. Very satisfied and very comfortable mini suites with very affordable pricing. Right under the most busiest runway of the airport KLAS. Cheap thin windows, very noisy for sleep. Airplane fly low. The windows should be upgraded to soundproof ones for the price this hotel is asking. Old model of residence Inn. Rooms could be upgraded. Great employees. Regular ressidence inn breakfast with powder eggs. Who eat this ? During my stay, they did renovations without notice. Amenities and doors were closed for 2 weeks. We changed hotel for a brand new one on Saint Rose Pkwy.

Rooms were super clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was excellent and delicious.

la estadía muy agradable, personal de reseccion super especiales, la joven que nos recibio como 8 pm que llegamos el dia 29-12-21 fue super especial. la habitacion muy comodas, picina agua termales, busn desayuno, personal de aseo y manenimiento super especiales y atentos, seguridad excelente en el hotel. ahi volveriamos las veces que sea. YO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL. esta acto para el buen trato al turista y lo mejor de todo es que respetan las reservacion hechas tiempos anteriores. parqueo amplio, cafe todo el dia, excelente gyn, buen suministro de tualla, papel higienico y ropa de cama. incluso cuenta con area paa realizar carne asada y aprovechamos haciendo una. agradezco al personal en general el cordial trato y que DIOS les bendiga. espero pronto volver y ni lo dude; volveria al mismo hotel. todo queda muy cerca de el, y a la vez seguro.

I give 2 stars because room is clean, and they provided dish soap with a new sponge. Otherwise it would be 1 star. No keyless entry or check-in by phone as advertised, no king size bed as expected, and no heaters as needed. We knew we would arrive to Henderson very late, so we liked the idea of the online check-in & keyless entry. We wanted to avoid the need to check-in at the lobby. The online check-in didn't work and there was no keyless entry. We made reservations for a king size suite, instead we were given a queen size bed. It was very cold outside, in the 30's so we were looking forward to a warm room, but there was no heat. Instead the fan was on generating cold air, so we turned off the air and had to grin and bear the cold night. Thanks to no heat, in woke up with a sore throat and the sniffles.... When we called the front desk to let them know about these concerns they weren't able to offer a solution, other than offering to give us points for a program we don't use. Nice way to start off the weekend. I would recommend this place to those who don't mind or care about getting what you paid for, who don't care about the temperature, and who may just need a place to sleep and a desk to work.

Aluguei este quarto e não esperava que fosse tão AGRADÁVEL E LIMPO! Estive na Strip e aluguei quartos (não vou dizer os nomes lol), mas o Marriott aqui na residência é muito melhor do que os hotéis da Strip. Eu recomendo a família e amigos para ficar aqui! Além disso, o Houseman Eli é muito gentil, respeitoso e sempre disponível para atender às necessidades dos hóspedes. sem perguntas. ele faz um ótimo trabalho!!

I rented this room and i did not expect it to be this NICE AND CLEAN! I've been down the strip and rented rooms (i wont say the names lol) but Marriott here at residency is so much more better than those hotels in the strip. I recommend family and friends to stay here! Also the Houseman Eli is very kind, respectful, and always there to attend the guests needs. no questions asked. he does a really great job!!

Room was comfy and on the 2nd floor so you couldn't hear the planes directly overhead. Breakfast was Marriott standard buffet. I love the waffles.

This is a hard one....originally SPG now it's Bonvoy. Now when I get a room they never read my profile (the whole reason I am with a group to begin with perks!) I had to cancel my other reservation at 10pm at night because no one could go and take the feathers out of the room!! No one could give me bedding without feathers either! With all that being said..... This place was great❣ Myra made sure everything was done before I even checked in. The woman on the phone who did my new reservation was great as well❣ Wish I could remember her name. This was nice, easy and quiet. Plenty of parking. Very typical Residence Inn

***This hotel is directly under the landing flight path of the airport, so if you don't mind hearing jets land every 5 minutes, look elsewhere.*** Room was good, although the ice maker in the fridge wasn't working. Parking situation kinda sucks with not enough spaces on the east side. Clean room and hotel. Breakfast could be better, with a little more variety but not too bad. Location is great except for the flight path issue.

While the accommodations were far below expectations, the staff was friendly, professional and attentive. The kitchen only had 3 small spoons, 2 small coffee cups and 2 glasses for a 2 bedroom suite that sleeps 6. The mattress for the pullout sofa bed was stained and bedding had to be requested twice. Toilets were dirty and our socks turned brown due to dirty carpets. Multiple calls to the staff due to noisy upstairs guests were made but the pounding continued for 2 days. Breakfast was well done and the staff always greeted us with a smile. My rating is high due to the staff... Without them, the rating would have been only 1 star.

Beautiful place and fantastic Breakfast!! They have so much to offer u from oatmeal to cold cereal and scramble eggs, fruit and fresh cooked waffles plus yogurt and coffee or tea and different juices. U can also have eggs with salsa in a tortilla We really look forward to Breakfast, Delicious The rooms are very nice clean and beds super comfortable, don't even want to leave this place, highly recommended

Excelente lugar para quedarse un rato largo. El lugar es supercomodo y los empleados muy amables. Las habitaciones son mas al estilo departamento por lo tanto estan 100% equipados como para que uno pueda hacer su propia comida o ir al supermercado y guardar en la heladera.
