Location was nice. Not a lot to do but it's a nice walk. Room was great except for a strange smell. Service terrible only since I needed something after checking out. Long story short when checking in we first put the room on my card since the rest of our family had not arrived yet. Within 12 hours we switched to my brother's card. I was told the temporarily held funds would be returned to me within 'a few business days'. It has been almost 3 weeks. I have had no success in getting anyone to fix the issue and get me my money back.

Fantastic Hotel. Super Super Clean and new looking everywhere I went. Plenty of nearby restaurants in walking distance on Las Olas. Had a great stay and will return. Fast checkin and checkout. Breakfast was quick tasty and filling. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Use the secure room lock or someone may try to come in!! Was glad for the pre-check in and mobile room pass so I didn't have to check in when we got there so late. However, at 9:30 am and we had an abrupt knock from room service. We were so tired and still I bed since we arrived at 2:30 am. By the time we knew what was happening she tried to come in the room!!! We had the Do Not Disturb on our door, and check out is at 12 pm! If we didn't have the security lock on someone would have come right in! But that wasn't enough, at 10 am someone just tried to come in. No knocking, just opened the door and then said oh sorry. What the heck??? We were so upset at that point and obviously were not going to get any more rest. This is so disappointing they could not respect the do not disturb sign on the door and that check out is at 12 and kept trying to come on our room so early. Room itself was clean but it was near the lobby so very loud. Tub doesn't drain quickly so standing on water during shower. At least this was just a one night stay until our cruise the next day. Would not go back though and choose another option.

As soon as I showered and got in the bed from traveling I fell straight asleep in that cozy bed! The staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to eat breakfast and park in the garage and not worry about my car being towed thank you so much! I was well rested and no noise.

The hotel is very well located. Easy to access and near most popular attractions in Fort Lauderdale - including the airport. Staff was friendly and very instructive about every aspect of the hotel and our stay. The room was spacious, clean, recently renovated and had a nice view. On the negative side, the breakfast was bad. Only processed food and all cutlery was made of disposable plastic - not only terrible to use, but not ecological at all.

I have been a Marriott member for almost 20 years. I have been lifetime Platinum for the last 5+ years.Only 1 time in those 20 years have I felt the need to communicate my disdain for a Marriott property. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time I must communicate my complete and utter dissatisfaction with a Marriott property.Let me start by saying I understand that COVID has severely hurt the hospitality business. I understand that properties are short staffed.I also run a business and if a business cannot deliver on meeting their guest’s satisfaction, the property needs to make some serious choices. They need to either limit the number of guests staying in the hotel or close the hotel until they can meet their guests needs.The following are the issues me and my associates recently experienced in regard to this property: • We were there for 5 nights and our hotel rooms were never serviced once by housekeeping. Yes, I am correct in saying that. Never had our beds made, never received clean towels, etc.. • The hotel room was missing shampoo and skin moisturizer• One of my associates was staying in Rm 309. For 3 nights in a row there was an issue with her accessing her room due to the door lock malfunctioning. It wasn’t repaired the first night, wasn’t repaired the 2nd night and the 3rd night the front desk said “Sorry we can’t get you into your room.”REALLY???? Was she to sleep on a couch in the lobby? Finally someone got her into her into her room and the lock was finally fixed.• The same associate lost her cell phone on October 29th.She went down to front desk to have them call my room (Rm 809) so that she could let me know she lost her phone and help her find it?The answer from the lady at the front desk was “I don’t know how to call his room?” Really? All 3 rooms were in my name and she didn’t know how to call my room?My associate had to spend $80 on an Uber to visit the restaurants we visited earlier to finally find her phone.• I went downstairs for breakfast the 1st morning and there was a pepper grinder at the buffet but no salt grinder. I went and asked for a salt grinder and was given one. They next morning the pepper grinder went missing and was MIA for the remainder of our stay.• I went to use the juice machine the first morning and I was told it was out of order.• The next morning the juice machine was working (taped up with 10 pieces of scotch tape) and there were no cups.Finally they found the cups!• I went to use the laundry machines on the 6th floor and there was a sign on the door “out of order.”On a positive note, with the exception of the clueless lady at the front desk several nights, the staff was overly polite and friendly!Again, I have only written a complaint letter like this once in 20 years staying at Marriott properties. If they are short staffed, the management should roll their sleeves up and dive in to help complete the above tasks. If they do not, close the property or limit the capacity so lifetime Marriott customers like me or someone staying for the very first time don’t experience such a horrible stay!

Christian at the front desk was very helpful. We asked for a room with a nice view for my moms birthday. Upon our request he let us have the option of having a room on the highest floor or on a lower floor. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat and sightsee around the hotel. Hotel room was clean and accommodated us well for the few days we stayed. Though the breakfast offered was just average. I was offered extra towels, we didn’t need any but it was nice that it was offered to us. The hotel is in a nice area though be warned the gps took us and another guest to the wrong place across the street.

This place needs better employees. First in my room the toilet was dirty then the iron was not working. I checked in after midnight, requested a 5:15am wake up that never happened. When I asked the same guy I asked for the wake up he says I don't know I set it up. Then breakfast supposed to start at 6am it was after 6:15 and there was no breakfast not even hot coffee! I checked out 3 days early and went to a different hotel. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

They need a little better signage to direct you to lobby parking ( hint look in the back on the first floor of the lobby). They could also change the wallpaper at each turn to make the halls feel less like a maze. With that said, they stand up to the marriott experience. With a great location for a bargain rate. This is a must stay location for Ft.Lauderdale.

Great Location and hotel very clean. Check-in was quick and easy. Parking fee of $20 a day. Bed was comfortable and we had a nice view from the 6th floor. My only complaint is employee courtesy and kindness. The staff here could use a lesson in courtesy. Even the manager when I checked out and voiced my concerns of how not one of his employees spoke during check in or even passing us in elevator or hallways, all he said was a flat oh I’m sorry. Other than that nice hotel.

O quarto e a localização são bons, mas o serviço é estranho. Quando saí do quarto com carrinho da minha bebê havia um monte de mangueira grossa no corredor (sei lá do que era aquilo), foi bem dificil carregar o carrinho de bebê. Antes do horario do check out, a faxineira entrou no quarto e não sei porque ela "pensou" que eu já havia ido embora, sendo que estam no quarto minhas bolsas, comida da bebê e agua no frigobar e meus cremes no banheiro. Pior, quando voltei me devolveram as coisas, só que ela juntou as comidas com as coisas de banheiro na mesma sacola e as garrafas de agua estavam jogadas no carrinho da limpeza, ela pegou e colocou as garrafas sujas de volta no frigobar, furou a embalagem do meu iogurte com a garrafa suja. Resumo, tive que jogar tudo no lixo. Depois veio outra moça sem luvas com os meus carregadores que haviam levado também... bem decepcionada porque eu fui pro hotel pra relaxar e...
