“Natalia, Irayda, Ernesto, and Mariana were wonderful,cheerful, energetic hosts. They are part of the activities group at the resort along with the waiters Gabriel and Gamaliel that were kind and fun when serving my family at the poolside chairs. This group of people made our stay very fun with dance lessons, kids games, and musical entertainment. The only problem I had was the attitude from the front desk concierge unfortunately I didn't get his name, it's the guy with glasses and brown hair and it's a good thing I speak Spanish; I simply changed to a young lady that was more attentive to service and actually smiled when welcoming you. I also couldn't forget housekeeping and valet service that were very respectful and helpful.”

“This hotel was fine.
Pool was a little slimey and had a strange smell, a bit like vinegar.
The room had some broken furniture and the AC struggled to keep the room at 25°C, running 24/7.
The shower rapidly cycled between hot and cold water, low and high water flow. You had to constantly fiddle with the knob. I had to keep my showers really brief.
Had a couple of drinks and they were good. Didn't try the food at the hotel.”
