“Two night stay here. On the morning of my first day, I reported the hot water not working in the sink, and the desk lamp not working. Someone came to check it out this morning, around 11 hours ago, stated the faucet needs a washer or something simple. Still no sign of anything being repaired. Now, I decided to brush off the issues, and relax comfortably in bed while watching TV the rest of the night, but found that the TV remote doesn't work. I called front desk and the lady said I would need to get dressed and go down to pick up batteries. I'd rather call it a very early night than do that. To add, the AC/Heat is an old school wall unit. This hotel needs a total makeover throughout.”

O café da manhã foi servido entre 6h e 9h ET. Infelizmente, não pude experimentá-lo enquanto estava lá, então não tenho feedback para isso.Recepcionistas na recepção foram todos extremamente simpáticos. Toda vez que entramos e saímos, fomos recebidos com uma saudação ou despedida.O nosso quarto era bom, espaçoso, a/c funcionou bem, a temperatura e a pressão da água eram boas, a cama era confortável.Houve um ligeiro "off" cheiro quando entramos pela primeira vez em nosso quarto, não conseguia identificar o que era, mas não era incômodo o suficiente que sentimos que era preocupante. Tínhamos também um local pegajoso no chão do nosso quarto. Continuei andando por cima. Parecia um doce pegajoso ou algo grudado no tapete. Eu coloquei uma toalha sobre a área para que eu pudesse evitá-lo.Estávamos tão empolgados em usar a piscina coberta apenas para ser informados de que foi fechado durante a nossa estadia, pois está em construção. Foi uma das principais razões pelas quais queríamos ficar aqui, o que foi uma grande chatice para nós.Acima de tudo, boa experiência, além do cheiro e do local pegajoso no quarto e da piscina em construção. Ficaria aqui novamente. O preço parece justo, dada a experiência.

Breakfast was served between 6am-9am ET. Unfortunately, didn't get to try it while I was there so I don't have feedback for that.
Receptionists at front desk were all extremely friendly. Every time we walked in and out we were met with a greeting or parting.
Our room was nice, spacious, a/c worked well, water temp and pressure was good, bed was comfortable.
There was a slight "off" smell when we first walked in our room, couldn't identify what it was but it wasn't bothersome enough that we felt it was concerning. We also had a sticky spot on the floor in our room as well. I kept walking over it. It seemed like a sticky candy or something wedded in the carpet. I put a towel over the area so I could avoid it.
We were so excited to use the indoor pool only to be informed it was shut down during our stay as its under construction. It was one of the primary reasons we wanted to stay here so that was a huge bummer for us.
Over all, good experience aside from the smell and sticky spot in room and the pool being under construction. Would stay here again. Price seems fair given the experience.

Eu não gosto de deixar comentários ruins, mas dessa vez eu vou. Foi-me dito que não havia problema em reservar um quarto para outra pessoa no meu aplicativo de recompensas por alguém deste hotel. Depois que eu fiz isso e a pessoa apareceu na sala, eles mudaram de repente a política. (Ou sua mente) Eu fiz isso várias vezes em outros hotéis sem nenhum problema. Expliquei a situação, mas a senhora foi rude e não se mexeu. (Sim, eu perdi a calma). Eu nunca vou ficar lá. O Marriott descendo a rua não teve nenhum problema em me conseguir um quarto.

O quarto nunca foi limpo para começar. Os lençóis não foram trocados ou limpos. Debaixo da cama havia velhas garrafas de leite e xícaras de molhos. Cada travesseiro tinha manchas neles. Além disso, o cheiro no quarto era inevitável. Tentei acender uma vela, mas isso não ajudou em nada. Em seguida, o serviço ao cliente foi ruim. Eu pedi mais toalhas e trapos, mas a recepção acabou sendo muito rude!!!! Além disso, você não pode conectar nenhum dispositivo de jogos de console ao WiFi. Além disso, o elevador precisa ser inspecionado!!! Estava sujo o tempo todo. Realmente não gostei da minha estadia não reembolsável de 4 noites !!!! Além disso, eles não “limpam” o quarto todos os dias, eles esperam até o terceiro dia de sua estadia para limpar seu quarto e “trocar” lençóis devido ao “COVID”

The room was never clean to begin with. The sheets haven’t been changed or cleaned. Under the bed was old milk bottles and sauces dipping cups. Every pillow had stains on them. Plus the smell in the room was inevitable. I tried lighting a candle but that didn’t help at all. Then the customer service was bad. I asked for more towels and rags but the front desk ended up being very rude!!!! Also you can’t connect any console gaming devices to the WiFi. Plus the elevator needs to be inspected!!! Was dirty at all times. Really didn’t enjoy my 4 night non-refundable stay !!!! Also, they don’t “clean” the room everyday, they wait until the third day of your stay to clean your room and “change” sheets due to “COVID”

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I will this time. I was told it was ok to reserve a room for someone else on my rewards app by someone at this hotel. After I did that and the person showed up for the room, they suddenly changed the policy. (Or their mind) I have done this several times at other hotels with no problem. I explained the situation but the lady was rude and would not budge. (Yep, I lost my cool). I won’t ever stay there. The Marriott down the street had no problem getting me a room.

Duas noites de estadia aqui. Na manhã do meu primeiro dia, relatei que a água quente não funcionava na pia e a lâmpada da mesa não funcionava. Alguém veio conferir esta manhã, há cerca de 11 horas, disse que a torneira precisa de uma lavadora ou algo simples. Ainda não há sinais de conserto. Agora, decidi ignorar os problemas e relaxar confortavelmente na cama enquanto assisto TV pelo resto da noite, mas descobri que o controle remoto da TV não funciona. Liguei para a recepção e a senhora disse que eu precisava me vestir e descer para pegar as pilhas. Prefiro encerrar a noite bem cedo do que fazer isso. Para adicionar, o AC / Heat é uma unidade de parede da velha escola. Este hotel precisa de uma reforma total.
