“The pictures on the site isn't what you see when you arrive. The rooms had a horrible smell. We had to go get cleaning products to try make it smel better. The bathroom walls wasn't clean at all. I scrubbed and sprayed down everything before we got settled. The front desk had an attitude about them that made not want to ask for help or even a new room. So I'll never pay again I feel like it was 475 down the drain. At least our family had each other to make the best of it. Me being a retired housekeeper I knew how half cleaned the room ate. So take my advice stay away no matter how great of a location it's in”

É um bom hotel. Fica relativamente perto do outlet Sawgrass, mas precisa de carro. O quarto é bem grande e possui microondas e pia, o que facilita caso queira comer algo por lá.O cafe da manhã é simples, com wafer feito por vc na hora, café e frutas. Tem estacionamento gratis.

I loved my stay at this hotel!! Everything about it was top notch for me.I stayed for 3 Night’s 🙌The staff was so nice and Everything so clean and comfortable 😀 My Room was facing where I could watch the sunset and relax with a bottle of wine after a long day and a very comfortable bed . I look forward to staying here again.

We stayed here because we had a good stay in the past before the so called renovations. This place is horrible. The curtains and ceiling has stains. There was hair in the shower. The pull out sofa mattress was more brown than white. I was afraid to take my shoes off cause the carpet didn't seem clean. Housekeeping came and took used towels and washcloths without replacing with new ones and the toilet leaked from the bottom. There are people staying there like its a long term rental. Don't stay here especially if you have kids!!

Needed a last minute hotel for 4th of July weekend because my AC decided to die at home. King suite was very clean. The staff was great. The pool area, gym, and laundry was clean and well kept. Overall great weekend experience.Breakfast was a great variety of hot and cold foods; waffle maker, eggs, pastries, bagels, yogurt and cereal.

We're in town visiting family and our needs are simple. Good bed for nightly rested sleep and a decent breakfast to start our busy day with the kids and grandkids. They delivered on both counts. Clean and tidy room, great bed and a hot breakfast in the morning. All well done.

Stayed here for 4 nights, there's a lot of weird smells. Maybe they need to do a carpet cleaning.. Housekeeping also doesn't do the best job when deep cleaning as we found mold in the toilet & the shower drain was completely clogged. The receptionist at the front desk, Natasha is so sweet & very personable!

I wish I could give zero stars. PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE. I write this review on behalf of my mom who doesn't use Google.
First, her one night stay was over $500, and that was with a senior citizen discount. Being that it was spring break, those prices were meant to take advantage of people desperate to book and unfortunately, she was in a bind because there was NOTHING available in the area. The back door was broken and anyone could gain access without a key. There were a lot of people loitering around the door. The room was FILTHY, dusty, and small. A roll of half used toilet paper was just sitting on the sink. Breakfast was a bag of frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches and half a granola bar. She felt taken advantage of. She face-timed me while there. I was floored and how awful the place was. We've stayed in much better accommodations for far less money and received better service. Never again will be give Choice Hotels our money. Choice Hotels should be ashamed.

Room didn't smell clean, smelled like they need to clean the carpets and change air filters. Not a very clean place, used air mattress we brought because the pull out sofa looked like it needed to be thrown away. Do better with the cleaning crew, maybe if they put their phones away and actually focused on cleaning the rooms and doing the job it wouldn't be so hard to maintain cleanliness at this hotel.

Bonito lugar, la recámara muy comoda,limpia, grande, yo pedí con 2 camas y fue excelente. Tiene horno de microondas, refrigerador, cafetera. También Incluye desayuno. Un punto en contra es que la recepción no hablan en español pero se nos muy amables y comprensibles, así que mexicanos venganse preparados para hablar lo esencial. No tienen botones, es autoservicio tú llevas tus maletas al cuarto. Queda muy cerca de Sawgrass Mills a 15 minutos.
