“Mais tudo foi ótimo. Mas algumas coisas tornaram a nossa pernoite desagradável. Primeiro foi o anfitrião na recepção. Ela foi muito curta comigo, durante o check-in e check-out. Não sei o que fiz para ofendê-la, mas ela não era assim com outros convidados. Em segundo lugar, tivemos muito pouco tempo para dormir, além de ter 2 anos de idade, então reservamos um quarto em zona tranquila. Bem, por volta das 3h30, as pessoas no quarto ao lado do nosso entraram. Eles estavam tão barulhentos, rindo e jogando algum tipo de jogo de golfe no corredor que era inaceitável. Nós cuidadosamente colocamos nossa cabeça para fora da porta e pedimos para eles ficarem quietos, sem saber o quão bêbados eles estavam, não queríamos enfurecê-los. Momentos depois, a segurança apareceu e eles se acalmaram. Mas eles NUNCA deveriam ter sido colocados em uma sala em uma zona tranquila! Falha grave por parte do host.”

“Overall cleanliness was great. The hotel rooms need serious updates. The bathroom counters might as well have been on the floor, since they are so low. Many outlets in my room did not work. The coffee pot and toilet paper are in very weird locations. The only good thing "location-wise" is that the hotel is very close to the airport. Everything else is sadly a hike away. Lastly, one of the women at the front desk was very rude to customers. An older couple asked a simple question about their room and this lady gave them attitude. This was definitely not the 5 star hotel I was expecting.”
