“We stay in hotels 5 of 7 days a week. This hotel was beautiful and the room was lovely. We had dinner on the 12th floor and our waiter John did a wonderful job.”

“I will NOT be recommending this hotel . I reserved this hotel for a weekend trip In Dec for my 2 young children. Upon our arrival we were informed that there was no room ready for our 3p check in due to cleaning. We waited and waited and waited until finally a room was available. The first room they gave us the tv was broke and the bed pillows were stained. Disgusting. After reporting the issue we were given another room, soon as we entered we noticed a foul odor and the heating equipment displaying a loud noise when turned on. The hotel staff were not helpful in assisting and/resolving the issues for us. The hotel also refused to refund us without a fee. Customer service is horrible and I will take my money and referrals elsewhere moving forward. People spending hard earned money at your establishment should be able to enjoy a comfortable stay and be greeted with welcoming and understanding employees for issues that were beyond our control. I am extremely disappointed in the Crowne Plaza and I know better for my next trip !!”
