“it's a older hotel but still has so life left. many in house options available decently sized bar with killer wings and a mango beer that's just odd enough to warrant a try (and it earned it's keep). rooms are dated and the mini fridge could possibly be on its last leg but will keep food cold but won't freeze your ice packs so plan accordingly. thin walls or just insanely loud everything else. all in all this is a solid hotel that easily out paces other local hotels.”

“Spacious, roomy, very dated and a little filthy if you look just a bit further than the surface. This place just screams that late 90s, early 2000s Silicon Valley vibe. You know, those colors that looked dated from the get-go, old carpets, dropped ceiling tiles. Which brings me to the filthy aspect: if you look a little further in your room, stuff you won't immediately get to or touch is dusty and/or sticky. Those ceiling tiles, look up in the areas where they have them and amazed yourself about the brown leak stains. Air exhaust filters caked with dust. Sure, the floors are reasonably clean, but look further and you can tell this place never gets a deep clean.
Pros: everything is big. So as a con, prepare for a trek every time you go from your room to the exhibition/conference areas. Beds are fairly comfortable. Carpets in hallways (floor 3) have bleach stains.”

Upon checking in the front desk was super nice. As always the cookies are a great treat! The rooms are slightly outdated, and need to be remodeled. A yellow hue tinted the ceiling, the shower area had major caulking issues, and all of the pillows were soft.
If you are a morning person, don't awake before 6:30am as the only coffee available is in the room or away from the hotel. The coffee area downstairs barely gets up and running at 6:30, and from my experience those individuals manning it are not morning people.
The hotel is overpriced and the restaurants are overpriced as well. No breakfast buffet, but you can order from the menu, eggs, limp bacon, and tepid potatoes will run you $50 for 2 orders.
In general the staff is friendly enough, but I much rather would have stayed somewhere else.

We used their airport parking during our long trip out of the country and it was an excellent choice. Very easy and convenient. The front desk answered all our questions upon arrival and called a cab for us. Upon returning we called to get the shuttle which actually beat us to the pickup location outside of the airport. We were back to our car within 3 minutes. A few minutes later we were on our way home. I would definitely recommend this service as it is very reliable, fast and affordable. Airport parking is almost double their price. Thank you for making this part of our trip less stressful for us.

Starting off the hotel staff has been great every time I've been to this place. After that I don't have a positive outlook on this hotel in general. Like many of the reviews you'll read here this place has not seen any real love or care over the years it's been here. I've joked with others that the carpet is still the same original since install. The rooms are large but lack several of the more modern amenities such as a fridge to store stuff in as a standard install. The halls in this place smell awful and it's probably the carpet combined with neglect. The doors and door frames are beat up as well as several of the walls in several rooms I've tried at this place. The bathroom light fixtures always have dead bugs in them. The vents in the bathroom and room are filthy in the rooms I've tried. Honestly if you need to stay in the area or are attending an event here then I'd go for something newer where at least you'll maybe feel a bit more comfortable in the place you're away from home in.
