The service at the Fairfield is great! I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member and they always do their best to upgrade me when I'm there. The rooms could use an update but they are clean and well appointed.

Big thank you to Emily! I am mid trip to the east coast and haggard from the drive. Was really looking forward to the King Spa room with the jacuzzi tub. I stayed in this room last trip and it was great! She was able to assist me in obtaining the reservation last minute and it is going to MAKE my trip. So rewarding to relax after a hard week of driving. Customer service makes the difference in hospitality! You guys have a great one there! I hope she's recognized for her quality service. This was a nice hotel and the room was good. But my room had a flickering light in the bathroom that could give someone epilepsy. Also the tub did not have a flat bottom but was curved so you couldn’t stand in the middle but on either side. Also asked for some amenities and was told that they were completely out and to ask the hotel across the parking lot.

Rooms come with breakfast. Can use pool in the bigger Marriott nearby. The AC was very loud when it comes on and woke me up multiple times. Because of that noise I would not return. Else good.

OK the moral to the story is the pictures look good that they post on the Internet but our room had a ton of deferred maintenance which means they don’t take care of this property like they should for using the Marriott name. So when we arrived in our room if you look at the pictures you’ll see that about 10 floor tiles in the bathroom were loose missing grout if I had walked in there at night barefooted I could’ve slipped my foot open and then we would be talking to a personal injury lawyer. The exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn’t work so if you take a shower the walls and everything else really covered in steam. Air condition for the unit fan every time he kicks on mix a large squeaking sound so bad every 1015 minutes and woken up. Looking at the pictures you can see there’s just a ton of deferred maintenance on this place. And it’s hard to get to because you have to enter through the other name Marriott inches
