Fiquei por 2 noites (ocasião especial). A suíte era muito agradável e aconchegante. A equipe geralmente foi amigável. No entanto, no segundo dia, fui ao restaurante de elementos para o café da manhã. Não havia ninguém para servir, e tivemos que procurar alguém para nos ajudar. Uma garçonete nos ignorou completamente e não disse uma palavra enquanto estávamos pedindo uma mesa. Depois que encontramos uma senhora, ela nos disse que eles estão cheios e nos encaminhou para as mesas do bar (nós éramos uma família), ainda bem que uma família deixou sua mesa e nós a pegamos. Ela nos pediu para esperar na mesa, pois eles vão limpá-la. Esperamos por 15 minutos e ninguém veio, todos os funcionários estavam ocupados com outras mesas. Liguei para alguém enquanto ele estava passando e pedi para limpar, depois que ele fez, não havia garfos ou colheres novas, então tive que chamar outra pessoa para pegá-los. Mais tarde, tive que dizer ao garçom o que queríamos beber (ao contrário do primeiro dia, todos os funcionários do restaurante elementos foram atenciosos e amigáveis). Eu reclamei com a recepcionista durante o check-out e ela me disse que iria escalar o problema para a gerência e eles entrariam em contato comigo, o que ainda não aconteceu (já faz uma semana).

No había nadie para servir, y tuvimos que buscar a alguien que nos ayudara. Una camarera nos ignoró por completo y no dijo una palabra mientras pedíamos una mesa. Después de encontrar a una señora, nos dijo que estaban llenos y nos dirigió a las mesas del bar (éramos una familia), menos mal que una familia dejó su mesa y la tomamos. Ella nos pidió que esperáramos en la mesa ya que la limpiarían. Esperamos 15 minutos y nadie vino, todo el personal estaba ocupado con otras mesas. Llamé a alguien mientras pasaba y le pedí que lo limpiara, después de que lo hizo, no había tenedores ni cucharas nuevos, así que tuve que llamar a otra persona para que los recogiera. Más tarde, tuve que decirle al camarero qué queríamos beber (a diferencia del primer día, todo el personal del restaurante Elements fue atento y amable). Me quejé con la recepcionista mientras me registraba y me dijo que escalaría el problema a la gerencia y ellos se comunicarían conmigo, lo cual aún no hicieron (ha pasado una semana).

I've stayed for 2 nights (special occasion). The suite was really nice and cozy. Staff generally were friendly. However, the second day I've went to elements restaurant for breakfast. There was no one to serve, and we had to look for someone to assist us. One waitress ignored us completely and didn't say a word while we were asking for a table. After we found one lady, she told us they're full and directed us to the bar tables ( we were a family ), good thing a family left their table and we took it. She asked us to wait on the table as they will clean it. We waited for 15 minutes and nobody came, all staff were busy with other tables. I've called someone while he was passing by and asked him to clean it, after he did, there were no new forks or spoons, so I had to call someone else to get them. Later on, I had to tell the waiter what we wanted to drink (unlike the first day, all staff at elements restaurant were attentive and friendly). I have complained to the receptionist while checking out and she told me that she will escalade the problem to the management and they will contact me, which they didn't yet (It has been a week).

They have multiple outletsand i love them all! My favorite is Tea Lounge. The fluffiest pancakes in Doha. I usually order banana pancake. This place is also great for business meetings.
I also like the Cigar Lounge for after work unwinding. The staff is great and attentive throughout the hotel

Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Doha. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the hotel itself is gorgeous! The views of the Persian Gulf and city are breathtaking. My friend and I are stayed here for my birthday and we enjoyed every moment. There are several restaurants on site to choose from, a buffet/speciality line breakfast, roomservice, spa, pool resort with service, beach accommodations and a full service bar at both the pool and restaurants. We liked this location so much that we have held work events at the restaurant within the hotel. They are very foreigner friendly, and everyone is so kind. Recommend Elements Restaurant and the outdoor Hookah Lounge Arabica. Great hotel, you won't be disappointed!

I went with my family on the 24th of December 2021, and paid 450 QAR for a set menu. The food was cold, tasteless and felt like the hotel used cheap supermarket ingredients. And to make it worse, the dessert was VERY disappointing. It was a horribly cold and stale fruit cake filled with overly sweet cream with just a small decorative caramel sauce on the plate. I was so embarrassed and ashamed that my mother and friend had to witness such poor quality food on such a special day. 1/5 rating.

Hello... the hotel is excellent. I booked two hours before my stay in the hotel. Everything is OK. I told them I have an occasion to celebrate. Can you bring me flowers or a balloon, and if you want an increase in the amount, I don't mind. I was surprised that there was only a plate with an apple in it.

Fantastic staff but not enough of them. There were long periods during the meal where we were trying to get people's attention and it seemed like there just weren't enough staff. Individually, the staff members were fantastic, friendly and keen to please. The food was exquisite.

I’m writing this review while I’m currently staying at four seasons Doha this fantastic hotel, i can say The best Hotel in Qatar. The Rooms arespacious super clean and really delight to stay in. Beaches & swimming pools are amazing and really beautiful Restaurants and services in the hotel are great. The staff are wonderful every single one from valet parking to reception to room service they are so helpful and really nice.
