“Myself and my mother stayed at the Grand Hyatt Istanbul for 12 nights, and i cant think of one negative thing to say. From the moment we arrived all staff were extremely welcoming and tentative. Reception are very helpful and would ensure that they help with anything possible even if it is not hotel related. The rooms are fantastic, beds comfortable, bathrooms spacious and views gorgeous. The food was exceptional with a wide range of cuisine including classic Turkish meals to Italian. The room service was also extremely exceptional as well as the buffet breakfast that included every breakfast one can think of. The maintenance and up keeping of the hotel means it is constantly presentable especially around the pool and the outside lounging area. The cleaners are also very lovely and will clean your room whenever you need. Overall a phenomenal hotel that i would love to come back to.”
