Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia de 3 noites neste hotel. Lindo hotel no lado ensolarado de Kitzbühel. Excelente equipe que cuidou muito bem de nós. Buffet de pequeno-almoço excepcional em termos de selecção e qualidade - grande spa e quartos excelentes com vista para os Alpes.

Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia de 3 noches en este hotel. Hermoso hotel en el lado soleado de Kitzbühel. Gran personal que nos cuidó muy bien. Desayuno buffet excepcional en términos de selección y calidad: gran spa y excelentes habitaciones con vista a los Alpes.

Muito bom hotel, perfeito para férias de esqui. Grande área de bem-estar com uma grande piscina interior e exterior. Jantar muito acolhedor no restaurante Eichenheim do hotel. Aluguel de esqui 🎿 diretamente na casa, o transporte de esqui estava disponível a qualquer momento sem esperar.

Muy buen hotel, perfecto para unas vacaciones de esquí. Gran zona wellness con una gran piscina interior y exterior. Cena muy acogedora en el restaurante Eichenheim del hotel. Alquiler de esquí 🎿 directamente en la casa, el servicio de transporte de esquí estaba disponible en cualquier momento sin esperar.

Comer com a equipe de cozinha e serviço do pato é simplesmente demais e um sonho. É tão bom saber que existe algo assim em Kitzbühel. Todos não devem perder esta experiência culinária. Obrigado pela noite agradável e pela boa comida.

De longe o PIOR hotel "5 estrelas" em que estive.A começar pelos quartos: apenas edredões individuais disponíveis, má qualidade. No banheiro toalhas e tapetes foram terrible e parcialmente desgastado.2-3 estrelas padrão no máximo.A recepção é simplesmente incapaz; não há concierge. As perguntas mais simples e gerais não podem ser respondidas em alguns casos. Reservas em restaurantes: não foi possível reservar nenhum dos restaurantes pretendidos, apesar de haver mais de 2 semanas de antecedência. A comida no restaurante do hotel também tem no máximo 4: Wiener Schnitzel, por exemplo, recebo um melhor na pousada alemã 0815.O serviço de transporte quase nunca está disponível, porque sempre em movimento ... Os táxis são chamados, ninguém se importa com o hóspede que realmente pediu - é simplesmente arrebatado por outros hóspedes.Conclusão: NÃO deve ser recomendado!

De lejos, el PEOR hotel de "5 estrellas" en el que estuve.Empezando por las habitaciones: solo hay edredones individuales disponibles, mala calidad. En el baño, las toallas y las alfombrillas eran terribles y estaban parcialmente deshilachadas.Norma de 2-3 estrellas como máximo.La recepción es simplemente incapaz, no hay conserje. Las preguntas generales más simples no pueden responderse en algunos casos. Reservas de restaurante: no se pudo reservar ninguno de los restaurantes deseados, aunque había más de 2 semanas de antelación. La comida en el restaurante del hotel también tiene un máximo de 4: Wiener Schnitzel, por ejemplo, consigo uno mejor en la posada alemana 0815.El servicio de transporte casi nunca está disponible, porque siempre está en movimiento ... Los taxis se llaman, a nadie le importa el huésped que realmente lo ordenó, simplemente se lo arrebatan otros huéspedes.Conclusión: ¡NO recomendado!

I just love this place ❤️.. the air and water is so pure and it is one of the best resort.. the sauna and swimming pool are too awesome . The hotel employees are very very friendly

The best hotel I've stayed in so far in Europe! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was big and cozy. The bathroom was large too and well designed. The breakfast was really nice and had a wide selection of both food and drinks. What you get is way worth what you pay!The only bad thing I could think of is that some rooms don't have air conditioning.But I would surely consider booking this hotel again!

Very beautiful hotel! Staff was friendly and accommodating. It was offseason so we got a great deal. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and drove us to where we wanted to go even during their off time. I would definitely recommend! Spa seemed a bit pricey but it is a Curio.
