“This place gives itself 4 stars. In reality it should barely scrape 2.
No hot drinks facilities in the room.....but plenty of ants. A dirty gooey blob on the shower wall that was there when we arrived and still there when we left 4 days later. I could go on for reams regarding the shortcomings of this supposedly 4 star establishment. The best advice i can give is please avoid at all costs....and belive me we were charged plenty for this crashing disappointment.
One more thing regarding the photo....4 stars and you get grand pardano in a sachet......seriously?????”

“Worst place ever. Do not stay here unless you want to feel like you’re in the most depressing place on earth. Swim caps needed to swim in the pool, life guards with huge authority went to their heads issues, rubbish breakfast (breakfast were nice though), the building and grounds were practically dystopian. Wifi didn’t work, no coffee machines or kettles in rooms. Not a brilliant beach nearby. Just an awful place really, very grey and sad.”
