“We booked this hotel due to a soccer showcase and we were required to stay here with the team. If possible, I would have cancelled the rest of my stay and went elsewhere after the first night.
Rooms were not clean, musty smell, and my rate increased each night making it almost $400 for one night.
Pool was dirty at the deep end and hot tub was foamy and disgusting.
Housekeeping was very nice and the one gentlemen at the desk tried his best to help with any issues but I am sure was overwhelmed.
I had a microwave that had a rusty hole in the top. I asked to have it replaced and was brought another microwave that didn't have a working turntable. We didn't realize this until our paper cup that we had to use for bowls burnt very quickly and smoked the entire room. We reserved the Suite on the second floor which was not a suite. The kitchen was completely empty which made it pointless. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty with mold throughout. The sofa bed seemed broken or just really old and was difficult to pull out. We had to go to the front desk to get our own towels but didn't receive in a timely manner due to them being out of towels.
I was supposed to receive free parking since I had reserved my room with our team. I didn't get the room block price because we needed a bigger room so I ended up paying $1300 total for 4 nights. I asked for military discount and they said it wasnt an option. I was not offered a discount for one thing and the girl at checkout did not care one bit. Instead of listening to concerns and addressing them, she replied with, "I hope you have a great day." You don't receive a receipt when you checkout so I didn't notice I was charged for parking still when I was supposed to get free parking. I will never stay at this hotel again. Do not be fooled by the front entrance because the rooms are opposite.”

“Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia. O quarto estava muito bem conservado. O café da manhã era bom. Eles realmente têm salsicha de peru. (Isso é difícil de encontrar). A ÚNICA razão pela qual eles não dão 5 estrelas é por causa da TV. É TV digital, então algumas das estações não são claras e os programas congelam. Para um hotel tão agradável, eu esperaria melhor. Eles estão localizados ao lado da rodovia, então é fácil se locomover. O bairro é legal.”
